It was running three trains on Wednesday, and they have trouble with four, I wish they had the nine trains on it

Disney can run 13 trains flawlessly and SFGAm can't even run 4 without problems? There is something wrong here...

Where were you backed up?

In the block after the first set of zigzags, and before the turn into the bunny hill.

Disney probably runs it better because they have more employees and the cars never stop in the station...this is a LOT better capacity-wise and I wish they would run SFGAm's this way.

Just to tell you guys Cajun is no longer violent (notice I didn't say Ragin'
), or at least today. They had those brakes trimming HARD it was almost stopping before every turn, it was hard to watch, hopefully it doesn't stay like that.
I don't know if it's guest complaints, or if that was just how it was made to run lol. But it's definitly not as fun.

I hope that it does not stay that way, that is the only reason I like the ride because it is violent

Ops have no say in how a ride operates.

They may have been told operate that way for the day, but it may change throughout the year. For those who complain that it is too violent, why do they go on it if all they are going to do is complain, and it does say on the sign that it is a high intensity ride. It is not a family coaster at all, and they should leave the trims off, that makes the ride exciting, but that is my opinion.

I think one of the reasons it's referred to as a "Family Coaster" is the fact that the minimum height to ride is a bit down on the smaller size (ex. Whizzer)
Do you see a lot families riding Batman, Bull, or Wolf? When the height to ride Cajun is on the lower end, it is a marketing idea for the park to use "Family Coaster".
Basically, they aren't refrencing the intensity of the ride, merely the height restriction, and younger children that are not as tall can ride with their parents as a "Family".

Actually if you read the park map and the description of Cajun is says a family ride.

Sorry to revive this topic again, but GAm has slightly lightened up the trims, it runs pretty good till when it starts spinning theres a brake that slows it down a lot. Also the turn right before the first drop theres a little trimming there too. It doesn't spin as fast as it used to although the ride is still pretty good.

That sound is the chain dog hitting the anti rollbacks there, theres nothing wrong with it and nothing to fix.

It has never had to use the anti-rollbacks, they're just there for some insurance (worst case scenario).
