what do you guys think the most valuable things are at the park? what are the least? Honestly, i think that columbia carousel is the most valuable thing at the park. the other things i think would be all the rides they came out with first.

The least valuable things i think are, well i dont really know. but i would probably say all the baby rides like porky's bees, and all the rides like that.

I think that Columbia Carousel, American Eagle, and Whizzer are the most valuable for nostalgic reasons. However, Raging Bull and Batman I would also consider valuable.

The least valuable to me would be Stargate, Winners Circle, and Iron Wolf. I only say Iron Wolf because it needs some TLC.

Whizzer=most since it has all that extra equipment inside to power it up the lift.

Jester's=least. It's a very unpopular ride. I've never seen a half-quene on all 7 times I went this year.

Most valuable? On terms of pure monetary value? Or on terms of value based on percentage of actual ride structure?

Ameri-Go-Round (even though its not running) is the most valuable ride at the park based on the size of the ride in relation to its monetary value.

Raging Bull is probably the most expensive ride in the park based on actual equipment (track, trains, etc.)

now that i think about, ameri-go-round is more valuable than columbia. But not just because of size but also because of details.

Also, i was talking about either money value or popularity value

Ameri-Go-Round was originally built in 1910 at a park in Kentucky, so it is probably way more valueable than Columbia.

thats a good point. if you could look at the detail you could tell it was definetly hand crafted.

I don't know much about carousels, but isn't Columbia Carousel one of two double decker carousels in the world? Wouldn't that add to its value?

There are way more double deckers out there. It may be the largest though. There are even triple decker carousels out there.

But Ameri-Go-Round has hand-carved animals. Columbia does not.

Columbia's are replicas of famous carousel horses. They are not hand carved. There's a sign behind the ride that says so.

They said in 2004, when they removed it for Revolution, that they would bring it back. However, we have yet to see that happen. :?

They should move Revy somewhere (Yukon maybe) and put Ameri-Go-Round back.

And take up mass empty space for two years? Ameri-Go-Round needs to sit where guests can ride it, not sit and collect dust.

Revy saved the section. Sorry to disagree.

I honestly think that they should add Ameri-Go-Round to either Camp Cartoon Network or Loony Tunes National Park. They have mini versions of other rides in there (Trailblazer, Scenic Railway). Plus, it would get a lot of riders in a kiddy section.

EDIT: Going back to the topic, this would be the most valuable ride..in the kiddy section.
