^Is that about Majestic Springs? I have heard a confirmation somewhere that that was openning next year, but i can't remember where. Now, i haven't heard anything about how it is coming along.
Also, look at things on the bright side, Sky Trek Tower will always be taller than the other rides, allowing us to see everything. That is the one downfall to Cedar Point. Rides go higher than their observation tower and you don't feel like your above the park. Just a small thing to be happy about.
RIP: Trailblazer and Deja Vu...heck, even Alien Encounter
Speaking of height restrictions. Im talking about how tall you have to be to go on a ride. Yea, since when do rides have 6'4 height restrictions for people. I saw it on a couple of rides. Or is this another one of those things that have been around for a long time and I didnt know about it?
6'4" height restrictions are not how tall you have to be to ride, it is that you cannot be taller than that to ride. The height restriction for Deja Vu is like that. It is pretty much you have to be 54" to ride but not more than 64". It is a safety issue.
The 6'4" height restriction is on the inverted tracks right? People who are that tall are too tall for the seats, they are in danger of head injuries because they are RIGHT below the track. It's been around a while, not sure how long though. And 6'4" is 80 inches, not 64.
Welcome to ShockWave please pull your harness down as far as it will go. While riding ShockWave please keep your hands and feet inside the car, and your head against the headrest, please hold on to all loose articles, especially hats and glasses. Enjoy your ride!

Thats what I meant. If dejavu is like that then I may have a problem.

obviously it is not inverted tracks necauses Batman does not have a height restriction like that.
Some employee at V2 told me if you are taller than the maxium height you could hit the concrete with your feet when the ride is screaming through the ride.
Batman, and S:UF are the only inverted coasters where the floor drops down. All other inverteds in the park....Vu and V2 don't, and the train screams through both of those stations. And as far as I know, Batman and S:UF don't have max height restrictions. So that makes sense, that there would be a danger for the tall people to scream through the station when the floor doesn't drop down.
Which leads me to wonder why the station floor wasn't designed to drop on a ride that makes several high speed passes through the station.

Ouch! Never been on it so I dont know if this is true.
I'm almost sure V2 dosen't have a maximum height limit. (don't quote me on that) But if you've ever been on Deja Vu. You can easily see that a taller height could come in contact with many of the rides mechanical parts and whatnot. Making taller people, more prone to injury than us not so tall ones are on that Vekoma.
