Who thinks Area 51 is cool?

Have you ever seen those inflatable SCREAM characters before? or know where to get something like that?

We were walking away from Area 51 when one of my friends was trying to tell me that a soldier was behind us but I didn't get the message and the soldier yells at us "I was gonna let you walk but then you had to tell him that I was behind him."
It was pretty funny. But it caught me by surprise so I jumped about a foot.

Level two means what again? I saw them around that time because I was hanging out by Wolfie and Frankie and I saw the soldiers, everything look alright to me but something could have been going on but I don't know.
