Official Fright Fest Thread 2005
Are the trolls accepting quarter donations again this year for the footsie wootsie machines? I donated twice last year and am willing to donate again just so I see another Furby get crushed.

Well, as always... in an official sense Trolls™ as a general rule do not accept any compensation for our entertainment duties other than our contracted wage from our employer. However, if someone were to put a quarter into a Footsie Wootsie machine and not sit on it themselves, we'd certainly be more than happy to ensure it didn't go to waste...In an entertaining fashion, naturally.
Also, I've never seen the trolls ignore nachos that have been left unattended. Or pretzels, or cookies, or smokey treats.
For that matter, if a Furby ended up in our yard early in the run of the show, I'm sure something could be arranged to precipitate it's demise for closing weekend. Footsie Wootsies and Trolls are like Energon Cubes and Autobots... Ruk (soon to be known as M.U.N.G. which means to "mash until no good" and not any of those other sicko definitions you SouthPark fans can think of...)

Im so excited for Saturday thats when im goign to FF. Hopefully i dont piss my pants in fear though.
The Preview night was mucho in the fun department. w00dlands story is sitting outside the giant pumpkin outside the entrance. The pirate Chracters are great, They got me so many times! Lots of cool stuff awaits in Seven Sins Cemetary and area 51. Rodeo Clowns are kind of weird. Trolls were ok. they've had better casts as they go. (No Offence to Ruk or Beef of course. I only walked by once.)
Haunted Castle was meh. It was a bit surprising at time, not startling but They said "hell" and "Damn" (Which considering they've been trying for a family environment....As well as a graphic scene involving the torturing of Opera Singers. The story was a little bit incoherent at times, he's suddenly on a roller coaster and one point, and is way too mellow. there's a scene were he gets attacked by all these knights. and he's just like "Can I help you? Oh fellas, I think there's been a misunderstanding" He never screams, things are flying at him all the time and he never reacts. All of the scenes were beautifully done though. So Only about a 6/10. I missed the susan rosan thing, and didn't get to go through necro. althogh I saw some death-looking guy and also Dead_Ragdoll from the SCMT. Which improved from last year. They actually had all the characterd and all the villains, which are mostly played by puppet-like characters. Area 51 had to be my favorite section. It's not scary (Although they spray painted the sky whirl cages to use when the commandoes catch the aliens) It's absolutly hillarious. they've got a giant flying saucer with all the commandoes screaming (It's just a weather balloon! or It's swamp gas!") I was taking pictures and this one was like "Are you one of them? Are you taking those back to the mother ship! Give me that camera!" and then started chasing me. It was so much fun. There's one crazy doctor guy though watch out for him. He's a good scarer. All the pirates rock! I'd never seen them before so this is a treat for me. They were very cool. THEY PLAY THE OLD DEMON SONG! they've even uncoverd the sewer with the red eyes. It's so awesome! I love it! I got some pics. I'll post them soon. bye!

The drain pipe is back, but I'm disappointed because it's not the big one like shown in the photo. SFGAm made a mini one and put it on the flower bed instead of on the sign itself.

Man well it looks good to me! I am super excited about fright fest now! its tomorrow!! hahahahah! im so happy! one of the people I'm going with is very scared easily..so it will make for an extremely fun night!
 2010 is going to be one to remember forever!!

The one that says jokes was funny, but I couldn't him that well. I think that is probably the one that used to be by Demon. You hear his heart go thump, thump. This one used to be in Orleans Place two years ago, and then they moved him over in Yankee Harbor. I don't know if you can hear "Your friend" It was very uncrowded, and wherever we walked except in CP and Area 51, we were almost always alone.
OMG i cant help but LOVE fright fest and i am like the biggest fan of LAFF i see it whenever its playing even if i c it 5 times a day it NVR gets old i have been going to great america for 15 years straight and i LOVE it omg i have tihs one time fav moment thing and it was when me and my best friend were going by the trolls (which we hate) and they were like surrounding us and she went one way and left me all alone :( and then we both screamed and ran it was too funny and then another time me and my other friend were seeing LAFF and we were by the catwalk and katie was making fun of my friends sweat shirt bc it was for disneyland lol and i cant wait bc I AM GOING TO FRIGHT FEST TOMMOROW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!:)
They need to check those things before they put them up. I really get a kick out of the props they have during Fright Fest. Besides that, is that big skeleton going to be there? I saw that big witch at a festival yesterday.
I wish they had a strictly Fright Fest mascot that is on the commercials, and is walking around the park. I would elect that big skeleton guy or that pumpkin guy that was on orange flags. Why can't that pumpkin guy be walking around?
