Not all day. Characters come out between 12-2. And stay until about 20 minutes before the zombie jamboree, Then again after that.

Yeah during the day they are less...I guess you could say "effective" Because you see them coming and what not. At night they really pump it up, and getcha good if you're not paying attention.
