SUF or Air

Talk about anything that has to do with Six Flags Great America and Hurricane Harbor here.

Just by looking at RCDB on air, it looks to me that air seems more fun than SUF. What do you think Binks?

Binks if you don't have anything to contribute than don't say anything I ask for other people thought of the two rides not a smart remark.

It's the very first thing you agreed to when you joined.
And also, Please don't double post.
Ergh...

Anyway....I've never been on air, so I don't really have an opinion. If I recall Air is longer then SUF and may be fun to ride. Nothing to write home about though.

And By the way^, your post was so much better then mine. It hit right on the issue and gave the original poster exactly what they wanted. *Sigh, for those of you who didn't pick up on that. That was sarcasm*

Been on both....AIR wins by far.

You have not experience a B&M flyer until your on your back for more than the bottom of a pretzel.

If there was ever a flyer that i wanted to try, Air would be it. I can't imagine that superman would be anywhere near as good.

Yeah, I'd say Air seems a lot better than SUF. I've been on X-Flight and that was definitely way better. Going through a vertical loop backwards on your back is awesome.

I as well have ridden both and AIR stomps all over SUF, though both are fun, and outside of Supermans Pretzel neither are forceful at all, but AIR makes you feel like you are truely flying, extremely fluid, and lots of interaction with the ground and the midway. Everything on AIR feels very natural. Whereas Superman really doesnt flow, just does the Pretzel, pummels you with needless G's and it's just searching for the station and never really produces the feeling of flight.

I'm really hoping that the new Flyer at SFMM is more along the lines of AIR rather than SUF.

Though I am also a fan of the Vekoma flyers, which also dont produce the feeling of flight for the most part, but for some reason I perfer the Vekoma's over all the B&M flyers, though it's pretty close with AIR.
