I think i need to see a doctor.

I can hear my knee when I bend it. Its grinding so bad. It hurts so bad too. Almost to the point I can bike on it.

Aero----Ice and Ibprofen it up for a while and keep it elevated. Give it at least a few days and then see how it feels. Sometimes you can feel crappy for a day and then it gets better
