Ya, I'm sure Sevart knows. And many people here think they know too. Like that "first of its kind in the US".

Those aren't "many people on here," those are "stupid people who only post that to get attention and it didn't work" people.

Tornado.

Was that ever confirmed? I know there are signs out front that announce an expansion, and it's pretty obvious and all condsidering that a ton of other water parks got a Tornado.

Torndao and Water Coaster (both in Hurricane Harbor) is what I've heard. The water coaster or something of that nature was mentioned by a mechanic in the park. As usual he may or may not know what he's talking about.

Tornado was confirmed when we went on the Hurricane Harbor construction tour, as we walked past empty footers and a drop pool filled with sand, Sevart mentioned that it will be a Tornado there, so yea, it was confirmed. I have heard the water coaster, but I have heard a lot of crap, some from certain people from the park and other people, and most is just rumors floating around started by people to see how many people they can get along in them. I know that cause I started a few rumors this year, got certain people to believe, and they were all fake. (One was posted here, others werent.)

new for 2006?
Probably not much if anything.
Katrina bascially destroyed Six Flags New Orleans, I'd imagine most of Premier's efforts and money are going to go there...
The Tornado probably (as it was already contracted out and payed for if I'm not mistaken).
I'd expect to see even a reduction of basic rehab work over the winter, it's gonna be a tight year for the company. Here's hoping (somewhat selfishly) that not all their funds get tied up there.

My friend told me that the Daily Herald said that SFGAm is getting a monorail in 2006. It stops at SFGAm, HH, and the parking lot
It's green. It's blue. It's all over you! Enjoy your ride on Déjà Vu

Barely anybody even rides the train. Why would a monorail be any better? Plus it doesn't make any sense for a park our size to have one. Only large areas like the massive Disney resort and Las Vegas really need them.

Actually a lot of people ride the train, even on semi-crowded days the train is ususally full, and there is never room during FF.

I'm not so sure about the monorail idea. Monorails cost lots of money, which is one of the reasons you see more new Disney busses now than new monorail lines. And what point would the monorail serve to go to Hurricane Harbor? Six Flags wants you to walk through the park to get to the waterpark. Don't believe me? Look at all those new games that sprung up on the way to the waterpark. They want to make money off the people going to the waterpark. A monorail that takes you straight to HH would give them no money. I think SFGAm would get a parking tram before a monorail, but I doubt SFGAm would do that (again) in the near future (if ever again). For now all I see in the 2006 future is the Tornado slide and *maybe* another HH attraction.

Most seasonal employees know aboslutely nothing about next year's addition(s). Good rule of thumb: don't believe anything you hear unless its straight from the horses mouth or a proven reliable source. So far all that is confirmed is a tornado.
