The National Geographic Channel's 4 Hour "mini-series" looks on exatly how Al-Qeada an Osama Bin Laden, planned, funded and carried out the September 11th attacks.

This program also highlights the intelligence failures of the Clintion and Bush Administrations. As well as the several failed attempts to capture OBL in the 1990s.
