OK everyone wish me luck!! I'm taking my car in to get the estimates now!! I'm guessing about $3000 worth of damage because the whole frame is bent. I'll let you know!
I dono, I had a dent on the rear quarter pannel and it was over 1000 for just that.
Im betting that the damage might be bore if there is frame damage.
dude... that would blow if PB had to get a new car.... the resale value of that car is totally fubared now. It would almost be worth it to sue (if they give u a crapload of trouble) and get a new car

Oh man tonight is my laundry night
I hate laundry night... so time consuming! Actually I have the GAP protection on my car so lets say they totaled my car and gave me say.... $20,000 and I still owe $27,000 then the GAP protection would take care of difference but unfortantually they didn't total my car. I wanted the new green color that they have out

Be ready to get at least two more estimates. The insurance company will try to fight you now that their companies have taken a look at it. Even if your repair shop of choice shows that the frame is bent, and the damage exceeds the value, the insurance company will try to deny it since their repair shop says the damage isn't as bad.
You may want your insurance company to get involved. They won't raise your premium since your not liable, but they will help fight to get your car repaired properly. It's the most fun in the park when your laughing in the dark.
