They hit a ride stop, then they restarted the ride. Just like on all the other flats, they can end the cycle early with a ride stop, correct the problem, then restart it.

OK, maybe not all. I don't run them. I just ride them! :D

Edit: Oh, out of curiosity, which ones don't?

I thought every ride had a ride stop button, the red one
1. Voyage
2. X
3. Millenium Force
4. Top Thrill Dragster
5. Raging Bull

'05 Bull: 113
'06 Bull: lost count but not a lot

Every ride must have a ride stop button in case something goes wrong.

On all of SFGAm's flat rides, a ride stop can be triggered, and then the ride can be immediately restarted by the ride op with no help. Coasters, you need a supervisor to restart the lift. E-stop is the one that cuts power to the ride and you need maintaince or a sup to restart the ride.
