I agree with 1, 2, & 4. I also find V2 disappointing, as well as pretty much everything else in the 'pet peeve' thread.
My Favorite SFGAm Coasters:
Raging Bull, Viper, Batman: The Ride, Iron Wolf

I agree with 1, 6, 7 ( only the name ). In my opinion they couldve just painted V2 blue and white, and name it Tidal Wave. The food is good in my opinion, like I said their are different places in the park that make their own food, including pizzas (FireHouse Pizza). Mardi Gras is a Cathloic Holiday that came years ago in America, which does go with the theme. Marriott's Great America had a parade named after Mardi Gras. I like the HH entrance, it goes along with theme of SWT and HH itself.

One of mine are how they take down things that arent needed for, such as the fountain in HTS. Vadalism and everything I said in Pet Peeve topic
No matter how hard it is...Never EVER give up. The real failure is those who dont try.

whoever told you it was 3 million for RC oughta be shot with a gun. It cost just over 2.5 for the whole Mardi Grs section.... FAR from a dissapointment if you ask me.

I completly Disagree with you on all of your points.

Edit: spelling

5. Mardi Gra Area(its not Great America theme)

Er...how so? It's near Orleans Place, and New Orleans is where Mardi Gras is celebrated every year. I realise it isn't entirely American, but come on.

WHy is it such a big deal about Mardi Gra not being American themed.....Mardi Gra not only takes place in AMERICA!!!!! but its celebration people around the COUNTRY celebrate. and another thing? so what if great america turns away from the whole AMERICAN theme. things change.

Come on! Mardi Gras is an American tradition! You'd have to be ignorant to think not. Everyone ackwowledges it and it's even a legal holiday in Louisianna. PLUS, it's adjacent to "Orleans Place" where this huge celebration occurs.

Mardis Gras and Ragin' Cajun are definitely not a waste of money. They add to the family atmosphere Great America needs more of. lol, and I HIGHLY doubt RC cost $3 million. I think RC is an awesome addition; it is fun and it's a unique coaster we didn't have.

What else would have fit in that area? Right.. nothing.

If you want to ride Tidal Wave, head to Kentucky. Six Flags is a business, not ACE, they're not going to keep maintaining rides if they're not attracting crowds.

King Chaos (Huss Top Spin) instead of a Chaos (Chance Chaos). SF taking Haybailer completely out instead of removing it, and moving Rolling Thunder to the Great Escape. Stargate, and Jester's Wild Ride.

^^^I remember riding hay bailer, my brother's ditched me so I was by myself, and desided to walk around a bit, I was only about 9-ish, or so, (1998)and I found that and was like, hmm, never seen this before, let me go on it, I remember it having a giant hay stack in the middle, and the cars being brown, in a red building. ^^^
