Does anyone know what this is, all i know is that if anyone tries to take over SFI, this will trigger and prevent it from happening? im curious now

umm...Daniel Snyder? I'm guessing they see the man as a poison pill that SFI is about to swallow. I dunno, maybe addiction or RB4life could chime in and drop us a hint.

^No, I believe the poisen pill they are speaking of is if Daniel Snyder trys to take over the company by himself by simply buying more and more stock they will take the poisen pill which would hurt to company badly.
