Talk about anything that has to do with Six Flags Great America and Hurricane Harbor here.

If you pack Kool-Aid (Oh YEAAAHHH!) powder with you and keep it in your pocket, mix it with some ice water, and you have yourself a tasty beverage! I know this sounds cheap but I'm an 8th grader, I don't have the money to pay for pop at SFGAm.

no, mine worked fine, but got a big container and put it in a ziploc. I'm not sure about the little packets.

maybe I'm just a purist, but Kool Aid sort of defeats the purpose of water (clear, basically tasteless, and quite refreshing and hydrating)
But that's just me

I have to agree with FParker on this one...
Water is so much more refreshing.

The purpose of water is to re-hydrate you. You are defeating the purpose by loading it up with sugar.
I finally retired the Sarah Palin signature because she is now 100% irrelevant.

also worth noting, though I am no health freak(anyone who knows me can vouch for that), and we are all guilty of it but,..
Getting really hot, sweaty and eventually dehydrated, then drinking something really high in sugar/glucose/fructose is a good way to bring on a whole bunch of problems, most serious of which if you do it alot is diabetes/diabetic coma. And that can really ruin your day

Some people don't like the taste of pure tap water and Kool-Aid would help make it taste a little better. And nobody ever said they were drinking this just for the clear, tasteless, hydrating water. Maybe they want to enjoy a tasty drink without paying the outrageous prices.
Now if only they make powdered coke.

I agree aero. I get water if it's really hot. But after one or two refills of water I get tired of it. So I either get some pop or the pink lemonade.
I can't drink water all day.. the taste (or lack thereof) gets pretty annoying.

I could drink bottled water all day, but the tap water just isnt as crisp (im not dissing the free water) and it doesnt do much for me after so long.

I can drink tap water fine. I usually drink around a gallon of water per day.

The only thing that sucks about free water is that half of the time it tastes like really really watered down pink lemonade.

Because it comes from the same fossit as the pink lemonade. Sometimes pink lemonade spills into the water, and I just let it fly because its only like a drop or two... but if makes a big difference. Maybe thats what happened to you.
