Susan Rosen is AWSOME, go see her this year, if she is there. Make sure you go to the LAST SHOW of Fright Fest, Last Year, as her last performance of the season she asked the audience what she should do, and do you know what it was? CHIPPENDALE DANCERS...yes, all the guys and girls had to strip dance, all the guys took off there shirts and dance all hott and freaky it was funny

Most to ALL SF parks start putting up the Halloween stuff in September, because most of them are closed expect the year round parks (SFMM, etc.). They close the parks in September in prepare your enjoyment of Fright Fest.

Sadly I wish they did Fright Fest in Sept. and Oct. like Cedar Fair. That way alot people won't have to pick which of the four weekends to go. Other than that, I have a good time at FF.
I don't know ALL the Facts!!!!!!

I agree with you!! The whole month of October is my favorite month and Halloween is my favorite holiday! When I 1st met my fiance and we moved in together I had my 1 little box of Christmas decorations and then for Halloween I have my 4 BIG boxes! He thought that was a little morbid

October.. to me.. is the freshest month of the year. The sun, the smell of leaves and of course pumpkin pie. I live for the fall season. Wow I am getting pretty deep here.

I'd agree with you. Fall definatley is the best season. Most people in my family believe so as well. Spring would be the best if it weren't for the damn pollen. So Autumn takes the cake.

Too bad Halloween is only the second most popular holiday. This is strange cause it's non-denominational, apllies to all ages, and has candy! CANDY!!

I wish they would bring back Brutal Planet. That house rocked! Or maybe do sometihng along the lines of House of a 1000 Corpses. October is the best!
Candy: What you lookin' at?
Otis B. Driftwood: I'm lookin' at you, mama.
Candy: Yeah, you see something you like?
Otis B. Driftwood: Maybe. I set my standards pretty low, so I'm never disappointed.

So who's going to fright fest and do you know on what days yet? I know its alittle early to be asking but i don't care. I think I'm going the 7th and the 22nd.

I'm only going the 7th because my mom's company rents out the park on the last Friday the park is closed to the public before it opens for the fright fest season. They've been doing this for as long as I can remember.

I wanted to post a picture of the display in Carousel Plaza to surprise you all. I thought it was way too early for stuff like that. I have it scanned in the computer but I have yet to find out how to upload it.

So are the Trolls going to be back this year? I hope so. A day of Fright Fest was never complete without a good Troll Sacrafice.

Ammending the above post to say -

Fright Fest would not be Fright Fest if there were no "quality" trolls

You'll see what I mean at SFSTL.

Night rides on Mr. Freeze with a close to full moon

That should be enough to keep you in the park all three nights.
There is something about shooting straight up at a Full Moon with beams coming through the clouds that is just plain awesome.

Plus you can laugh at the GP that get scared easily.

 That's probably gonna be me

You should see me in the haunted houses!! Last year I almost lost it... I mean it! It's like I lost track of reality and thought that it was real... I freaked at one point. I think the guy felt so bad that he finally let me pass. The two freakiest times were when we were walking through the closet area I knew Freddy was there somewhere and I am very afraid of Freddy so I wispered to my nephew "I know Freddy is here somewhere" and then all of a sudden he jumps out and says "Here I am! So I hear you are afriad of me" There is no way that he could have heard me!! It really freaked me out. Then right past the "body bag" room there was that window type opening and the guy with the knife... yeah well that's where I lost it! He wouldn't let me through and I actually started crying. Actual tears! I know I know... I am a HUGE baby when it comes to that stuff!!!
