They don annouce everything, actually they hardly ever announce anything except for major additions that would spur investors. (EG Worlds fastest tallest coaster, New waterpark)

I know for sure they will mention HH's sucess though.

Well that won't happen, because Sevart already said we were getting a Tornado during the HH Hardhat Tour earlier this year, I do believe.

First off, the call hasn't taken place.

Second of all, what do you want us to post, text? These calls are not 3 mintues long, try an hour or more (I haven't listened to any since the one from last year's HH news and I forget how long it was).

Just finished listening to the conference call. Major case of anticipointment here.
The Conference Call lasted just under 45 minutes. Only 2 things mentioned relevant to SFGAm. Attendance at Six Flags Great America was up 28%. Also, the chain-wide capital-expenditure for 2006 will be $125 million. Burke did mention that $15 million was going towards purchasing the Montreal park. Nothing on where the remaining $110 million is going.

28%, holy balls. That's an incredibally huge number when you look at the big scheme of things.

See, I think they should give that money back to Great America.. Great America may be the reason why Six Flags was profitable this quarter.

Wow, 28% is a huge number! Hurricane Harbor really paid off!

EDIT
I'm listening to it right now.. Burke said they're going to add many rides and attractions to a SUBSTANTIAL number of their parks. This is due to the positive outcome of adding rides and attractions to the parks this year. They feel they will receive even MORE growth if they continue this immediately next year.

I beleive if I heard right in the call it was also stated that most of the parks will be recieveing something new for 2006 and the bigger parks will be getting the bigger rides or attractions.

Well lets see we are the 2nd biggest park behind Great Adventure and they recieved The Worlds Tallest and Fastest coaster in 2005 and will be recieving a HUGE Woodie in 2006......

We recieved a 13 acre waterpark....$35 million dollars and in 2006 i can almost gaurantee something big is happening......I mean come on!

30th Anniversary!!!

Its a B&M!

Trust me!!!!!!!

Just to let you know whizzer isnt going anywere so whereever you think this "B&M coaster" Is going your dreaming! Im sure if we were getting a new coaster they would have already started work on it!

If we are getting a coaster construction wouldn't start till late September most likey. If they are removing an attraction for the new ride then in by the end of the month you will see something happening.

And I DO KNOW that something other than the Tornado is on the way!

:D
