Didn't see this anywhere, but if it has been posted, I apologize. Intresting read from the herald that I thought you all might enjoy.

I can't argue about the traffic jams. I head up north almost every other day around 10 - 10:30, and it is just a headache. We plan on getting off of Grand ave by 8:30, so hopefully it won't be bad.

I do notice the park is getting bussier but I can't tell you if that beats or compares with park attendance in the 97-98 seasons when the attendance had hit 50,000 almost every weekend.

Really? 50,000 people. How uh...suprising as the park capacity is 40,000!

The 40,000 capacity must be a rumor then considering in the article is says they have been averaging 40,000 to 45,000 people on the weekends. Maybe, they expanded capacity due to the waterpark.

see...you have to find the right times to go to the park. Going close to lunchtime, or at peak hours aren't the smartest ideas.

Well i went yesterday and it was so packed that they made us exit under the eagle!!
