It takes too many people to operate along with a grouper. Other rides can maybe get away with 2 people. Also, maybe some of the mechanics are working other rides, and thus they shouldn't have D Vu' open because they might have to run to it.

lol
You sir are probably making many peoples' days today! Don't exagerrate.
Vu' ran from 1:25-9:30pm today with only a couple minor breakdowns that we could see. That is great for this ride!(Even though it should've been open at opening, but yeah summer is just starting. It will prove itself. Hopefully. )
I was there on thursday, and it wasn't stuck for 1/2 of an hour. It was only about 10 minutes. I think that the ride ops on this ride did a good job. Maintenance got to the ride fairly quickly and had it down pretty fast.
The car getting stuck on the tower is as normal as a car getting stuck on the chain lift on any other coaster. People just freak out because this ride goes 90 degrees. Oh my.
I saw Papas operating Vu on Saturday.. we were the 2nd train of the day and for the 1st train he said "There goes the floor now out the back door see ya back in a minute 34" and then for our train he just said "There goes the floor now out the back door" as we were heading back I said hey what about our minute 34 and he laughed. He has no clue who I am because I never saw him in person.

I was at HH watching Vu run and it got stuck on its lift going up the first time
lol
And i was waiting in line for it another time and the entire ride shut down for no reason(there was no power outage and the ride ops said that they didn't shut it down.

I've actually yawned on DJV cause I was so bored on it! But that's my opinion and I'm sticking to it!
Finally! It's nice to find out there is one other person out there who doesn't think Deja Vu is incredible. While I don't think it's boring, I do not think it was anything to rave about.
Mr. SFGAm-- Who seriously enjoys Ragin' Cajun more than Vu
Yeah I don't really think that Vu is worth the wait. It has such a short ride like V2.
