I thought I saw people on it... but yet again its kinda hard to tell, we never walked right past it to see if there were people standing in line.

I just found about the ERT after 4 pm. However, I did send an e-mail to the address, and received a quick response. There are some spots left, but it looks like you have to respond by 5 pm.
