Where is Gurnee Mills? How far is it from Great America? The reason why I ask is because I may want to do some shopping after I leave the park (July 19, 2005).

Gurnee Mills is only a couple miles away. Just turn left at the Great America sign when you're leaving the park, and turn right at Gurnee Mills Cir.

It's more like 4 miles.

4 miles?!

According to MSN Mappoint, it is 1.7 miles, although that is to the center of the mall. The entrance is barely a mile. It is literally a minute away with green lights.

Is it even 1.whatever miles? It's no big...you can walk there. It's just like walking from Carousel Plaza to Yukon Territory. It's no big...

Its walkable, but I would prefer to drive it. Here is a Google map with both in the picture. Gurnee Mills is the z shaped building in upper left of screen and SFGAm in bottom right.
