personaly Im gonig to have to go with Southwest territory!!!! I love Ragin Bull and I think Viper is better then AE. Mine would have been Orleans Place but only if Shockwave was still there!
Best themed is probably Yukon Territory, they have all the totum poles and the log village feel, and seems to be a pecaeful area of the park.
Best overall is County Fair, it has very little, but decent theming, however, it has the best rides in the park: Demon, Deja Vu, American Eagle, Orbit, and Great American Raceway.
Universal Orlando Mechanical Engineer Marathon down, Goofy to go.
I like southwest territory because of the viper and raging bul(even though i havent been on raging bull yet). Its a good area, nicely themed and well kept. Kudos to six flags great america!
I'm running to Bull on opening day, anyone gets in my way and they'll get trampled.
Hurricane Harbor! Its wet and wild fun. The theming is so great that when you are in it you forget you are at six flags and think you are in a tropic paradise.
Oh, definatly(sp?) SouthWest Territory, love Raging Bull and Viper, a few of my favorite shops are there, great "Western" atmosphere, and overall the feeling of just being there is great, plus it is hotter in this section of the park than other sections(both heat wise and Chick wise!)
Hurricane Harbor is my absolute favorite. The theming is great and I love the slides and everything in it. I also like the view of SFGAm from HH. Like Dmrbug said, it feels like you are in a tropic paradise.
Other than that I like County Fair and Southwest Territory because they both have great coasters. SWT has great theming too, I like it a lot.
I like County Fair because of the rides in the area, and all the games, and it just seems like the fairs that come around my house, except without the huge rollercoasters..
This topic seems familar...oh well. I am gonna have to go with Southwest Territory for there awesome rides and staff (sorry kind of an inside joke) but County Fair is good too because their music is best and they have most coasters of any area in the park.
I was thinking the same thing when i first walked into Hurricane Harbor, i asked my brother and cousin, are we in Hawaii or something, especially on a really hot day, walking in and hearing the music and seeing all the palm trees blowing in the breeze you really get the feeling you are somewhere else.
Out of Colorado in the Piston home red blue and white tonight the 6'3 Chauncey BA....BA....BA.....Bilups!
I'm a county fair fan, mostly because of AE and the theme of the area. I also like Dejavu, Iron Wolf, and Great American Raceway. I like SWT too, but it is too busy especially with the waterpark entrance nearby. I love the rides in SWT, just the crowds.
If Six Flags beat Southwest Territory with anything, it is indeed Hurricane Harbor.
The first time I walked in there, I was just amazed. They did such a great job with theming. They went the extra mile, getting all the boats, the designs in the walkways. The music is amazing, and it honestly is the closest thing to the Bahamas or Hawaii without actually going there.
