A Off-Topic forum to discuss things that aren't related to the Amusement Park Industry.

Over the next couple weeks, I will be testing various Shower Cleansing-Aid products. THe reviews I make will outline ever advantage/disadvantage of these showering "utensils"

I will work my hardest to make sure you understand every aspect of the product at hand

Today I will outline the Mesh Sponge W/ Strap

Image

Description
Soft, nylon mesh sponge, great for washing up in the bath or shower. The handy strap helps you keep a grip under even the most slippery of conditions.

Advantages:
*Very good for lathering up, makes you feel very clean
**The handy "Strap" does not allow for any slippage at all, didnt drop it once"
***very easy to rinse off, just hold into steady stream of water, and Wah-laa its clean
****Comes in assorted sizes and shapes, including the cute Frog and hippo versions.

Disadvantages
* Very Rough on my sunburnt Skin
**Not easlily stored, unless you have a shower rack with hooks (OOOHH)
***Rather Expensive at $5.99 for one.

Overall rating 7.5/10 (6/10 for version without strap, 8.5/10 for hippo&frog versions)

Keep your eyes peeled for further updates! PM me with product suggestions!

I say this with all of the adoration and respect of someone who doesn't want to see their upcoming member spotlight accidently vanish.

This topic may end up taking the crown from Do I Know You as the most off the wall & completely random topic in the off topic forum.

I am being serious when I say that I cannot wait to see what the next product testing result is. This could get interesting.

You see, a shower sponge always seems to do the trick UNTIL you get to the point where you have to get all the grime out from behind the ears, and then all hell just breaks loose, and before you know it, your ears are dirtier than before. I love sponges and all, but they just don't get it done where it counts.

Washrags, however, are a completely different story...

This is my favorite topic in the off topic forum, officially. This is what this forum is all about right here.

I find that the sponge on a stick, aka the brush thingy, aka the spongey brush, aka that thing that lets you reach the middle of your back, is quite a nice tool for shower cleanliness.
What you don't understand you can make mean anything.

Timmy, I'm normally a patient person, but i definitely need to get your insight on other shower cleansing aids.

I've waited LONG ENOUGH!
