the best thing to do is jsut go on it. bring music or something to do in line and then once you're up there have someone go with you but before you so you dont run out. My first time on it i was scared as all heck and now its my favorite ride! but i dont know what the wait is like, my friend broke her foot so we had an exit pass.
just force yourself to ride it, hell I was afraid of it for 2 years, now I can't get enough of it! My first ride I was in the middle of the train, the following year, I dared myself to try front row, now It's RB front row 24/7...One amazing ride, the best part the drop!

try back row its better
The seats in the back feel looser than the ones in the middle and front. I like front a whole lot better anyway
Giant drop is the best ride ever!
Next Trip To Six Flags Great America: september 17th

The back is definately the fastest and most intense ride though with the most airtime. That's why I prefer it
1. Voyage
2. X
3. Millenium Force
4. Top Thrill Dragster
5. Raging Bull
The scariest part of the ride is going up the hill, because you think the drop will be so bad but the seat harness thing is so tight the big drop feels like nothing and the rest of the ride is great!
i went on Deja Vu yesterday for the first time and its scary but its excellent
the butterfly turn is one of the greatest features of any ride in the park
and i dont think raging bull is that great but if youwant to go on it wait till around dusk or until an hour before closing time when the line is short, that way you dont have to wait and raging bull is much cooler at night anyways...
go on it at night, its much less scarier
hell, it took me till my second visit to go on it
my mother always said
they wouldnt make these rides if they would hurt you

I've been able to go on viper, american eagle, batman, demon, and the whizzer(I plan to go on superman and iron wolf) but the raging bull scares the cr$p out of me. I cant imagine myself going on that monster. I would really appreciate it if someone can give me some suggestions on how to over come my fear. Thanks.
Have you been on it yet? I think I'm going next week sometime. If you want meet at a specific time (later in the day 6:00 or 7:00) and place at the park, I will ride it with you. PM me if you would want to do this if you havn't ridden it yet.
My advice is pretty much the same as everybody else's: Ride it, and then you won't be scared anymore.
The biggest surprise about it to me when I first went on it is how smooth the ride is. It's not rough at all.
As for Raging Bull compared to Deja Vu, I don't consider either to be scary, but if you're just getting started with coasters you should ride Deja Vu first. Vu is much rougher than Bull.
My lil sis wqas soo scared to go on it
lol, i went to go c Batman Begins and she went to sfgam w/ some friends. Her friends forced her on it, and as soon as i got home, here she comes yelling about what a great ride it is
Well, I dont have any personal experiance because for me it was more the fact that I wanted to go on but I couldnt. I usally just either beg/annoy my friends untill they go on it with me. I'll tell you one thing, I had a friend who use to be deathly afraid of coasters and (said) that she puked after rollercoasters and now she likes them almost as much as me. best advice, just get on it and going up the lift hill if you get freaked out just close your eyes. After the drop its just a rush anyway.
Ok I have a season pass and tommrow me and my sister are bringing someone to Six Flags that is afraid of Coasters so what we are going to do is put her on Raging Bull and then after she rides it she wont be scared and she will go on all the rides
