Actually Eagle was designed by Curtis Summers for Intamin, with some engineering done by Larry Bill, Intamin acted as the Ride Broker. General Contractor was Figley & Wright. Trains are made by PTC, but SFGAm removed the original lapbars (single position buzz bars) and replaced them with a homemade concoction that used the same electrictal system. The wings are also done in house and were needed due to errors on Figley&Wright's part.

To the original poster....in front of some ride's people have problems fitting on you will find a test seat. Try that out before waiting in line.
However some rides that alot of people don't fit on, don't have a test seat. Examples would be V2, Giant Drop and Iron Wolf. In this case if you don't fit on Giant Drop you most likely will not fit on V2 either so I wouldn't bother waiting in line for it. And if you don't fit in Batman's test seat there's a chance you won't be able to fit on Iron Wolf either.
Almost every coaster in the park now requires a seatbelt to fasten in order for you to ride. The ones that don't Superman and Raging Bull require your lapbar or harness to be down by certain amount (red line on Bull must be showing.) Demon is the only ride I can think of that really doesn't have anything to determine if your too big or not....I guess if you can fit in the car you can ride lol.
"-On Raging Bull the little red stripe on the bottom of the bar must be hidden "
You mean showing.
As for slipping out of OTSRs, it would be impossible unless you were already standing up. Think about it, when you stand up on say Demon, you move forward and up at the same time. But you couldn't move forward because the bottom of the restraint would be in the way. I am very skinny but have no problem at all on coasters.

Did they get a step stool to get above your head to measure you?

Deja Vu has a sign outside of the ride that states guests with upper body dimensions of over 52" might not be able to ride. This might be the same case with Batman, but I think some B&M coasters have "big people" seats.
first of all, row's 1-5 and row 12 on the side facing IMS have longer belts which helps some what.
Secondly:
There is a specific ride op whom i wont mention who basically can get most people in the seat, he almost always helps me in.
Lastly:
Like someone mentioned earlier, have a friend help you, and on V2 have that person press down on the very bottom of the OTSR while you press with both hands on the very top of the OTSR. You should be able to make it that way.

-On Raging Bull the little red stripe on the bottom of the bar must be hidden -On Iron Wolf and Batman the seatbelt must buckle -Giant Drop seatbelt must buckle as well as Deja Vu -Superman the harness must close all the way
Otherwise if the lapbar goes down you can ride.
Seatbelt must buckle on V2 as well. i saw a guy almost not being able to ride because of being to big (fat wise) (trying not to be rude).
It's green. It's blue. It's all over you! Enjoy your ride on Déjà Vu
