I mean come on now how many of you agree that six flags would be better if it had like some shows with point to it!! Almost like a play! :?

I thought Circo Magnifico was better than any other show I've ever seen at any Six Flags park. Those guys were amazing. Nascar was interesting, just WAY too long. Have you seen any of the shows this year?

I believe the shows in SWT Amphitheatre begin next week, such as the Lumberjack show and Dive Show. Those shouldn't be too bad. Not being a NASCAR fan, I haven't checked out the show. I'm saving Circo Magnifico for a busier day, but the reviews seem to be good.

I like the parade, and "We got the Beat" is good for small kids. But, honestly I don't like circus's...Circi? Circus'? What's the plurl of Circus? It doens't matter. But, I miss the old Batman Stunt Show, and stuff. But, Hey, At least every single one of our FF shows rocks!

I agree. First of all, I'm not a fan of IMAX, or any type of movie, in an amusement park, since that's exactly what I go to the movies for. I prefer live shows.

I think the shows need to be longer, too. I haven't been to any this year, but I did go to the Magic show when all the rides closed due to weather advisories last year, and they had what, three acts? The circus show does sound good, though.

I agree Six Flags DOES need better shows. I think the DJ in County Fair is merely ok. I don't bother watching most of the shows in the park because I concentrate on the rides.

The parade used to be good until it was commercialized by the song and you know which one I'm talking about!

Six Flags Party: YUCK! More like "Six Flags Advertisement". Why botch the Carousel Plaza with this monstrosity?! "There's a party going on and you're invited". Give me a break!

I thought Top Speed was OK, even though I never watch anything in the Pictorium. The circus on the Market Stage during last year's Fright Fest was a bit boring. I guess because I'm not a fan of those.

I really wish I would've seen more of Joyfest.

I don't really care for the shows, and the only one I've actually seen at SFGAm was LAFF. I thought it was pretty cool though.

I never seen Circo Magnifico, but I think it's a neat show. It may have character and talent. But something which bothers me is that it is in a 'music hall'. I would reserve that theater for MUSIC. I'd rather have the show in Royale, Southwest, or probably the nearly-defunct Wilderness Theater, and move We Got The Beat to the Grand Music Hall. Just my opinion.

^Theres a lot of music involved, although I'd rather see a mini musical there than a circus it's cool. I can honestly say that everybody that performs in that show (including the girls) scare the living piss out of me.

I think SFGAm's shows are pretty good. While I do not usually attend, they do keep a good deal of people in the Grand Music Hall, Pictorium, etc. and out of lines, so yes they are good.

I think that the Ampitheater shows are going to be rather good, at least most of them. I can't wait to see the high-dive one and the Kachunga Alligator shows.

yeah, i think this season's shows do suck. everyone loved Circo Magnifico, but it didn't do anything for me. I didn't like We Got the Beat last year, so i don't want to waste my time with it this year, and I don't enjoy watching most of the little side shows. I think the people i hang out with are changing me....but wait till LAFF starts.... :o

1. I think they should move Manny B to the Farmers Market and put a New Orleans Jazz band in the band shell there and get rid of the annoying Karioki place

2. what happened to the street performers? I do not remember seeing any in NOP or MG yesterday

3. They should have a Bugs Bunny Musical show in the Grand Music hall like back in the Marriott Days

4. Get rid of the CIrucs and Magic shows for now they are old hat in our park

5. another ice skating show would be cool (no pun intended)

6. Bring back the Batman stunt show

Ideal Show list:
Relfection Pond: "Choreographed" Character meet n' greet. Not necesarily SFP.

Grand Music Hall: Looney Tunes Character Show. Not Necesarily "We Got the Beat"

Theatre Royale: Some other kind of show. Like the Ice Skaters. Or Does anyone remember Hollywood Animal Machine from '98, I think. That was a cool show. Maybe something like that.

Southwest Amphitheatre: A New Batman show, themed after the New Batman Begins movie.

Wilderness: Bring this theatre back, and use it for a circus, or a high diving show. (I doubt they would bring the Dolphin Show back)

Mariachi: I say they should put D.J. Bob back here. And Make it D.J. Bob's Fiesta. and put up lights and stuff in the little mission.

Beach Stage: Manny B. and the Rhythm Nights.

Market Stage: Madmen of Magic

Mardi Gras Stage: Jug O' Jugglers

This would be Ideal. I think Our line up of shows is not so great right now. It was much better last year. But it could still use some work.
