Talk about anything that has to do with Six Flags Great America and Hurricane Harbor here.
I love all the themed areas at the park, and each one is unique in its own way, but I think the best is Yukon Territory. What do you guys think?

Plain and simple, its Southwest. I'm sure years ago the others were on par with it, but Time Warner and Premier has slowly picked away at it. I vaugley remember Yankee Harbor, when it was a Yankee Harbor, and it was pretty cool. But the next year I was there, it was half Gotham. Now, it doesn't even have a light house... Oh well, at least Premier hasn't been taking theming out of SWT.edit: By Premier I mean Six Flags.

Southwest takes my vote. I love the tall grass and what not around Viper and just all the rides and shops. Very good effort with the theming, very extreme compared to the other parts of the park.

Southwest Territory, its the only theme at the park that I like. And I wish they would retheme some other areas of the park to make the themes stand out more.

Some of the theming around the park is very weak in other places, *cough* County Fair *cough*.

Southwest territory gets my vote easily. the park has put the most effort into that area by far.
My Top 5: 1)TTD, 2)Millennium Force, 3)Raptor, 4)Deja Vu, 5)Raging Bull

Were the other parts of the park recent or have they been themed the way they are and it has just been forgotten about over the years?

It seems like the New Orleans place may have been the hopping part of the park at one time before Southwest Territory.

Yea, I remember when Yankee Harbor once had good theming to it! It seems that the only 3 places that kept there good theming were SWT, YT, and HTS.And you know next year that Orleans place will be invaded with Superhero crap
