IDK, maybe because it is a sticker that SF put on, the stickers are peeling off all over the place and get dirty really quickly.

This is no sticker. Someone literally splattered something like white paint or white-out perhaps all over the Supergirl sign.

I thought it was bird "leavings" or spit balls but if u look, thats the ONLY one with stuff on it
