I know what you mean. I rode Shockwave ONCE... and that was during its last season. i blacked out between the loop 2 and 3. i hated the ride and filed a complaint. well when i noticed during fright fest that it was being dismantled i was not sad at all.
And as far as Iron wolf? i wouldnt miss that either.
Demon has ultra short lines also. i dont think ive ever waited more then 15 min to get on the ride
i think either Demon or iron wolf. If they get ride of demon i think they should put in a Top Thrill Dragster... but thats just my opinion
but the good thing about demon is that it's a good starter for people that are afarid to go on the "Big rides" or are freaked about going upside down...
i think that is why they took down shock wave instead of the whizz, so that some people could start out...
because if they took down all of the little rides, and put up all "BIG rides" then not as many people will ride roller coaster as much because they will not have a nice little one to start out with...
THIS SITE SUCKS! ------------>www.wwwdotcom.com HA HA you thought i was talking about this site!
I love standups, and Iron Wolf is probably the most forceful ride at GAm. If they took that down I would be really upset. Anyways, there are still more places to put a roller coaster other than another roller coaster's spot.

Iron Wolf probably has 4-5 years left. Maybe if they put B&M trains on it, and give it a new coat of paint. It will be a little less rough and it'll be more popular.

I agree with you, because when the GP go to an amusement park they look at the map and they read the descriptions of the roller coasters. When they see stand up or hanging/inverted they think oh cool a different type of coaster than a sit down. Then when they try it out they either think best ride in the park, average, or horrible. If SFGAM got new trains then they would like it a lot better and would come back to ride it more often. But if they don't like it they might not ride it the next time they come.
Iron Wolf is going no where, neither is Demon. The next to go is Ice Mountain Splash, that thing is never operated by SFGAm because they hate it so much. I really hope to see none of the rides go, but if one has to, it'd be Whizzer, it takes up so much room.
Universal Orlando Mechanical Engineer Marathon down, Goofy to go.
i like Iron Wolf. I agree with Dan on this one. I don't ever remember seeing Ice Mountain Splash running, it seems like it's useless. The coasters are all awesome, I don't think any of them should go.....except for maybe SUF with all of it's breakdowns lately....
Iron Wolf is a good coaster, I don't see it going anytime soon. It's probably my 7th or 8th favorite coaster in the park, and I have nothing bad to say about it. IW isn't going anywhere, and personally if they took it down anytime soon I would be heartbroken.
I hope wizzer, IMS and Logger's run are gone in the next 10 years. Then they could probably fit two coasters in loggers run area, one in wizzer's area, and they could probably squeeze on between SUF and RR depending on it's height.
Theres a 90 percent chance that Iron Wolf would be the next one to go! So far in this forum, I heard people saying that they need to repair the trains/seats.....ummm....the track needs painting. The other 10 percent is
SFGam trying to fix it. The rides that I think that may be going in the next 20 or 10 yrs are Demon, Whizzer, and Viper. Theres a possible chance for viper. Possibly. Superman........ I don't Think so!

Viper?
Viper is 10 years old. Very young and has a lot of life left in it.
How do you know that there is a 90% chance that Iron Wolf could go away? Did you calculate that? And the track needing painting is a very small issue. One that doesn't need any addressing.
Slow down and think about stuff before you post it. Easy killer.
They won't knock down viper in the next 10-20 years or maybe ever. I think viper will become a very popular coaster, because it's right next to the HH entrance. IW might go, but they should try to put in B&M trains. If they don't get the trains then I think it'll be gone in the next 10 years. SUF, Wizzer, and the LR/IMS should all go in my opinion. They still have places to put new coasters without knocking down other coasters. But if they do start to run out of space, then I would say that the rides that I listed will be the ones to go.
