what do you think, would the price go up if the quality of the park went down (ie people want to remember the good 'ol days) or would the price go down if the quality of the park went down (ie people don't want to be associated with the bad park)? I don't have a detonator; its on a timer.

Not likely! That's not the way collectables work. It's all about supply and demand along with what has been done lately. Like in baseball card collection, a Pete Rose rookie card would sell for 100.00 as it stands now but if they let him in the hall of fame that card becomes a gold mine.
