Talk about anything that has to do with Six Flags Great America and Hurricane Harbor here.

I saw Deja Vu was closed yesterday 10/9. I got there at about 1:30 and I went on it the first ride of the day. It was AWESOME as always. Why did it close at 4:00? I was going to go on it at least 5 times because it was open. I was so dissapointed. Does anyone know why it closed?

I believe someone said it closed for the night around 6. Most likely due to staffing, but who knows.

On Saturday, Deja Vu was open till 6:30ish. it closed at that time so they could add the 3rd trains to RB, which was running 2 trains. So it was becuase of staffing issues, not the ride.

Today (Sunday) it ran all day, open til close, with seemingly no problems or lengthy downtime, was rather impressive

If they let everyone ride if they were in line for a certain time, they closed it due to staffing. They would not have finished off the line if it was down for maintence.

DejaVu ran all day today(Monday) and the line closed right at 6(park closing). I didn't see it down once.(From what I could tell.)

The only time it was down was in the morning, they were working on it and it opened up 20-25 minutes after the park opened.

In 2002 when i worked at the park they would close early letting everyone in line ride and then let maintenance work on it.

Well, in that case, it would be preventative maintenance. But,, if that is the case, they should work on it during closing hours and not during operation.
