When I was on SWF, I noticed that row 4 in the middle seemed to get the least wet out of all the people on the ride, but it may have been a one time occurance though

I've never gotten drenched from raging rapids. I'm always just a little bit wet from the waterfall but meh I like the ride anyways.

Which waterfall? Is this the waterfall before the cave because when that's on, you are soaked. I missed it last week.

Yes, the one before the cave.
What? Does it drop more water on you now? Because I still haven't been on it this year.

I think that roaring rapids is pretty cool because you kind of go on a journey. If IMS is open then it gets you wet enough to keep you comfortable.
I want the sfgam survivor to be held every July and August.

RR is my favorite water ride there... however I didn't get to go on any water rides this year because my friend kept refusing to.

I've only been on roaring rapids twice in my whole life. Water rides are not something I generally do at sfgam.

When I went about 6 years ago, in the day (probably 80 degrees outside) the Roaring Rapids line had all the switchbacks used and the line extending back out to the railroad tracks. At night it was a walk on and I got 6 rides in a row. I don't know why it would be so much different.

I agree Yankee Clipper/IMS is the best water ride.

The only water rides I'll willingly do are Logger's Run and Ice Mountain Splash. I am one who does not like getting totally soaked(unless it's extremely hot). Neither of the Log Flumes ever get me too wet, and IMS is a little higher on the 'fun' scale than LR, due to the straight drop. :)

You don't get that wet on the log rides? One time I went on one of them and got drenched! It was because of the fountain spraying in your face at the end of the drop though. And I was in the front..

Well, yeah I get wet. But not totally soaked as in the case of Splashwater Falls. The Log rides get you wet, but not enough to warrant being soaked for the rest of the day.

My favorite water ride is IMS. But all of them are about equal to me.

Depending on where you sit the flumes don't get that wet. Roaring Rapids can soak you, but it can not even get you wet. Splashwater Falls is automatic soak always
