Power Dive VS. King Chaos

Talk about anything that has to do with Six Flags Great America and Hurricane Harbor here.

Since these rides were in the same spot, it would kind of cool to see which one is better in your opinions. On top of that both go up-side down for a flat ride.

I liked Power Dive better even though I give it a so-so rating. If it's crowded forget it, and if it's not crowded and I was walking past it, I would go on it. King Chaos does nothing for me. I give it a forget it rating. So, which one do you like better if you have ridden both?

I havent ridden King Chaos yet, but with Power Dive I hated it quite alot, so I'll automatically say out new Top Spin is better, but teh funny thing is when ever I am at BGT I have gotten into the habit of always riding Phoenix(idenitcal ride) and I always Enjoy it for some reason. Realy the only difference is the themeing and the lack of seatbelts.

It's bizarre.

King Chaos for sure. Looks better, is more fun (despite the crummy program at the moment), and it doesn't hurt as much. Top Spins are just awesome anyway.

King Chaos, with all the flips it's been having it's much better than Power Dive.

I have not ridden Power Dive, but I have been on rides just like it. King Chaos is definitely better.

I was never on your Power Dive, but I did manage to get on the one in NJ. A topspin is always better than Power Dive!

Only one thing I know about the two: Every time I have gone and wanted to ride them, they have been closed! :(

Powerdive killed my insides with those harnesses but I still liked it. Still haven't been on King Chaos yet.

I was like 3 or 4 when Power Dive was at SFGAm. When I first went to SFGAm Power Dive wasnt there. So I really couldn't tell you.

King Chaos's restraints hurt -
It's green. It's blue. It's all over you! Enjoy your ride on Déjà Vu

The only thing about King Chaos that hurt me was my shoulders. Yes, the lap bars do push in a little, but it was really nothing that I could complain about. (And to people who have never ridden a ride like Power Dive) the restraints on the looping starships aren't as bad as they sound. I enjoyed the relatively forceful ride.

I finally went on King Chaos and it does hurt, but only at first. It is a great ride but its too short. Powerdive hurt more and in more than one place.
