best dejavu from far away when u get up close the vekoma model is chipping the paint. Worst Go Karts they need to repaint the cars to look like actual Nascar race car
Is the star, the "Mariott" logo, or is there something else?

Demon and Revolution look the best. The worst are B:TR, Triple Play and DV.
King_Chaos wrote:I have a question about revolution. Does that swing 120 degrees both ways (to the right and left of the "imaginary" verticle line right through the ride), or is it 120 total (so 60 on either side). 120 would mean you go upside down 30 degrees, and I didn't think it went upside down. Just wondering.
Logger's was repainted to the originall Marriott's logo this year.
It has GREAT in red and AMERICA in blue. Last year and as far as I can remember both words were in blue. I have seen in old pictures the red and blue on the Loggers boats. I know that SF kept the old logo for a few years after they bought the park. I know that they had Marriott's logo still when Z-Force came in.
It does look better in red and blue than just blue though. I noticed that sometimes SFGAm likes to change the suttle things that no one recognizes, and they also like to change big things that everyone recognizes. Ask a non-park enthusiast what rollercoasters have been painted this year and they will say just BTR.

The Best flat are the two tower rides sky trek looks awsome at night with those big lights shinning up on the flag. The roller coaster that looked the best was Shockwave, That was the ride that drew people in to the park.
Shockwave only looked cool from the outside of the park looking in, but once inside the park, it didn't look too good at all, it was kind of like an eyesore with the surroundings, it is just my opinion, so those who disagree, don't kill me, please!
Universal Orlando Mechanical Engineer Marathon down, Goofy to go.
Yeah, I agree with you with you on that. The concrete compared to SUF's grass was pretty bad. With just concrete down there and trucks, it looked so empty. I guess that's why I like BTR (grass), V2 (next to a lake and water ride), SUF (grass), and IW's surroundings (trees and grass). The ride itself wasn't that bad looking though.

in my opinion they did a HORRIBLE job theming Superman. I guess its better than just a parking lot, but have you seen Sfog's? It adds alot to the ride, they built the hills into the ride so it actually feels like your flying.
I think you'll get over it, it was designed for that little hilly area in Georgia not a huge paved lot at SFGAm. A elaborate B:TR level theming with metropolis and a fortress of solitude and stuff would be nice, but for some reason I really like the whole S:UF area. Everything seems to click and is landscaped very nicely. Also the paths are done very well, the staircase with front and 2-8 (wish they'd put a rail in the storm drain access), the fastlane, everything flows nicely.
