Yes the sale is still going on and I believe Deja Vu is now half price. They'll toss in mechanics and a sattelite phone to call vekoma for free.

I haven't seen any signs up recently, but the sale could possibly still be going on.
I was there on July 1st. I found a fastpass with one spot left yeah
 It said that it was 12$ so I guess the sale is still going on.
or they just lowered the price for the fast passes for the rest of the season
