They dont charge alot, $43 bucks may seem a little pricy, but when you think of all the coasters, some being upwards of ten million, and the price it costs to operate and maintain, let alone power them is outstanding.

How about you people compare to Epcot and all the other alrger parks; then talk. Last year there were only five or six parks actually keeping the compnay alive.

It costs a lot of money to maintain a park and buy new rides for a park. Sure I find it pricy but there are many ways around that.

And the fact that less people have come to the park since 9/11 and the depression in the economy...

It also costs a lot for electricity and other necessities that may seem like nothing, and also that other parks have not been doing so well

Six Flags Corp. is in a cash crunch they owe on some notes. The next one comes up in September expect more Park sales. Remember running a Theme Park Chain is like Running any Business, it's all about the Money! They have several thing that can and do go against them each year. Weather, Economy, Competition from other Parks or in our case The Sox, Cubs Summerfest, Brewers, Taste Of Chicago to name a few. Remember when Six Flags went on the buying spree they borrowed lots of money. Some things worked out others didn't. Paring down is all a park of business. The Budget, The Bottom Line, This year vs Last I hear it all the time in my Retail Management Job, so do they. Spend some cash and help your local park
Go Sox!!!!

but this year, attendence at all of the six flags parks have been up, i don't think they will need to sell some of their parks, yet. I think everything will be fine for Six Flags, i hope

Attendence in the park chain is going more than up, it is soaring over past years.

Also think about the shops. They have the air conditioning on all day long with the doors open. Althought when it is a hot day and you pass a shop and you feel the air it does feel good.
It's green. It's blue. It's all over you! Enjoy your ride on Déjà Vu
