i have a question.............. i fractured my foot not too long ago and im stuck in a half cast can i get a disabled pass?

Yeah, considering you can get a disabled pass for having just a sprained ankle, you would be eligible for one as well.

I found out first hand a couple of weeks ago that getting an exit pass is very simple.

My daughter's grandmother does have a medical condition where she can't walk or stand for long periods of time. She went and got the motorized scooter and then went to GR and got an exit pass without showing any proof of disability.

While I know that she needed the pass, just the fact that no questions were asked signals that you can get one relatively easy.
