Now I'm not sure if its been discussed yet, I don't check out my forums quite as often as I should. But I was wondering people's opinions on the Venga Bus song and the old man. I know the poll right now is regarding those comercials perhaps a bit more detail would help. Personally I like the old man, but he could be quite creepy, my cousins are afraid of him. But the SONG, that obnoxious SONG. Did they buy the song or something? It plays like four times every hour! Let me know if this is an old topic, and give me crap about it if it is, but if it isn't tell us what ya think. Diff music? please say diff music....

I personally like the song.
It plays at the party, and on the midways at :15 and :45.
That songs awesome. So many people talk about that song, being stuck in their head. This is a good thing for SF because people will think of the song and come back. Of course, you have people that hate the song and might not come back. Advertising is a hard business, you never know what people would like.
I love the song. It's been my favorite for nearly a month.
 I love the old man, he's great.
I hate it but its the best thing that has happened to SF as far as advertising goes in a long time. I think they are happy with the new advertisement firm they hired in the offseason

BEST SONG EVER
Yeah, ok, the song's good. But is it realy necessary to hear it 2-3 times an hour? I guess i'm not exactly the best one to judge the song. Back in 7th grade we did line dances to it, so we heard it numerous times....NUMEROUS times. But 2-3 times? The music in general as well. In past years waiting in line for Deja Vu I"d memorized the order that the two or three songs played in. I must say that as far as music goes six flags gets only 3 stars, up from two because of the venga song, its diff from everything else.

Yeah, I believe that they did buy the song. It is so annoying. I went there yesterday 6/11/04
 and that song was driving me insane. They kept playing it over and over and over again. But yesterday was awesome because they opened DEJA VU and I got to ride it.
