Leaving?

Talk about anything that has to do with Six Flags Great America and Hurricane Harbor here.

I was at 6flags GA and I was having a great time as usual and it all ended when I realized what a sucky system the park has for closing hour. I thaught I was going to die. The people were getting out of there cars and dancing right on that road that leads you into the parking lot. they need to improve bigtime on there security.

I was there, and I was very scared! People were dancing, hanging out of cars, sitting on cars, and swerving! It was very scary and out of control! I don't know where the secutiry was! Even some buses were swerving around and they were in the wrong lane! Eventually a cop came and made everyone get into the correct lanes. It was a very hectic time and I think SF should have cops or security out there everynight to direct the traffic.

Also, I think they should have a walkway area that goes above the street (similar to AE's queue) and have the drop off be on the right side so that people picking up people and people leaving the park do not have to worry about each other.

Usually they have many officers directing traffic after park close. The worse though was, last fright fest on the first day. I sat in the car for 45 minutes in the pouring rain before we could even move.

I went on Saturday June 5th and I have NEVER seen people behave as bad as today. I had to have seen at LEAST 50 line jumpers, people throwing trash all over the park, and man the language some of these young peeople use! (man I feel old), and it took us about 30 minutes to get out of the park too. It had to have been one of my worst expiernces there.. of course not blaming the park because when the line jumping was reported they were escorted out of line.

Yeah it was terrible man, I was there with my neighbor and we were surrounded at one point by people hanging out of their cars blaring music screaming at each other, girls shaking their butts, it was very strange, and it took us a little over a half hour to get out of the parking lot. Where's security when you need them? Worst behavior of guest I've ever seen.

Besides bad behavior when leaving..you should see some stuff I see in the park. First of all, what kind of girl wheres a mini-mini-MINI skirt to the park and goes on coasters and WATER rides the whole day. Then you got two college chicks with the foot masagers except their ON the massager! Some of this stuff is just HARENDOUS!!!!

The problem is the clientele that the park draws, in other words, the people who come. It is a minority of the folks that come that cause problems, but everyone sees it.

If you caught on, you know EXACTLY whom I am talking about.

While blaring music out of a car and shouting from vehicle to vehicle is a nuisance, they aren't doing anything against policy or illegally.

They are on their way out of the parking lot. What do you expect security to do?

Either ignore the bad behavior or report it. Don't come on here griping about it because it's not going to change anything.
I finally retired the Sarah Palin signature because she is now 100% irrelevant.

They were in the incoming lane swerving around and people were on top of their cars while moving! That's braking two laws. Driving on the wrong side of the road and riding w/out seatbelts. I say they were doing something wrong!

So we don't have to wear seatbelts in SF parking lot or in the road that leads into it?

I my self also noticed the change in crowd. More trouble makers have come to the park. Hmm if they give us any s__t we can challenge them to a ride on the giant drop and after that ill straighten them out. I can remember the times ive gotton some punks to chicken out on rides like viper, deja vu, v2, and raging bull. Like with the viper ill tell them that the lap bars fly open. HAHAHAHAHAHAH  Or___ on giant drop hold a conversation with some punk then when it gets to the top and clunks and clicks say to them o-crap the ride is stuck then they will start asking questions and then BAM! The ride goes flying down when they were not ready MUH HAAHAHAH  But really guys and girls if parking lots get too rowdy then hang out in the park longer or que for a ride at the last minute.

What's the point in staying in the park longer if all the rides are closed, you are starving for Dominos pizza, and you need to go to your hotel and sleep! :)

I've never seen some of the behavior that the guests at the park had. Line Jumping, bad language, defacing park property...on the eagle, there was 4 kids that was riding in the back and when the train pulled up...they got out and got into the seats that we was supposed to get in...the op saw it...he saw me giving him a look...but he didnt care....

I've never had such a problem at a park before.
