I do not have a season pass to sfgam, and am going there on thursday. I will also be going other times during the summer and was wondering about Multi Visit Pass. On thursday I am going with some friends, and was wondering if they check your id, and put your name on the new ticket, or if my friends could buy tickets for my family to go during the summer.

I thought of that before too for my family. I would assume that they just give you a general admission ticket good for any operating day.

They take your picture and give you a little card with your name and picture on it.

For Any day passes I believe they take your picture. For Next Day passes that just give you a Next Day Pass Admission ticket that is only good for the next day only.

Twicket - You get a little card with name and picture and the date and the next day you give it to the person at the gate and in you go.

Any Day Pass - You get a little card with name and picture and the date on it and whenever you choose to go back you just give it to the person at the gate and in you go
