Hello; not sure if this is the right place to introduce myself, but what the heck. I've been going to Great America just about every year since the late `80s, and its excellent to be able to discuss one of my favorite places on the planet with other attendees. I'd be delighted to meet up with any of you there in the future.
I also wanted to get a feel for how things are going at the park lately; I haven't been back since last June. I'm aware of all the obvious news, but wanted to get the `inside story`, so to speak. I was thinking of going on Saturday 5/29, but the weather doesn't look too inviting. Anyone else planning to go then, and if so...why?
See you around...and stay cool

Tommorrow will be crowded, the new rides except for King Chaos should be open. Expect full queue for S:UF and half switchbacks for Vu, full first queue house for Bull with 3 trains, Demon out to entrance.
Remember I can't predict the future that's just what someone who goes everyday observes with the crowd patterns (normally I know how crowded it will be before I go and i'm right). If the weather is severe it will probably not be as crowded. Normally this time of year it is empty at night.
I may as well list out what I think the lines will be tommorrow:
S:UF- most to full queue.
Ragin Cajun- Havnt seen it operating yet so i'm not really sure but i'd assume full queue line moves very slow.
B:TR- GCP full possible Jacks Snacks entrance.
V2- Full queue possibly bridge.
Iron Wolf- Straight out to entrance maybe a few switchbacks.
American Eagle- Both sides running, probably down under the blue turn out of the station.
Revolution- Most to full queue.
Demon- Under lift probably to entrance.
Vu- Half switchbacks with a grouper.
Whizzer- Hopefully have 3 trains running with half queue.
Viper- Full station out to the switchbacks.
Raging Bull- 3 trains full first queue house possibly some of second.
Giant Drop- Half of first queue house with 6 cars running.
