Talk about anything that has to do with Six Flags Great America and Hurricane Harbor here.

They want families of 5 to spend 200 on admissions and 100 on food and murchandise every trip. If they can bring that kind of money back, It pays off for 5 of me. :D

Once again I don't hear the families complaining, not every parent rides coasters, my parents are way too scare to ride rides. that never bothered me because they took me to the kiddie areas and let me ride the flats, and I always had a blast. But once again I dout that they will romove the Whizzer. Oh yeah, Everytime I go I spend at least 90 dollars, and I usually go a few times (never had a season pass). And acually if you buy family passes ir's cheper so...

SFGAm WILL NOT get rid of Whizzer now or anytime soon. The realize its a favorite by tons of people... Hey WE saved it!!! In my opinion they'll focus on Iron Wolf to get that piece of garbage out of there to make room for the 2005-2006 B&M Floorless? Yeah, that's what I'm talking about!

I agree with IW. I mean, sure, everyone was upset about getting rid of a great coaster...SW. But then Superman came, and I'd love to see Superman there instead of Shockwave any day. I think its the same with Iron Wolf. At first no one will want it down, but once they ride the much better ride that was put in in its place, they'll be glad that they tore down Iron Wolf.

Ya if anything i think IW is next up on SFGam chopping block of coasters. I agree with twix, people really like it but then when somthing else comes along they'll be glad it is gone. As for my opinon, i think they should put the floorless in the parking lot along with a new theme(every coaster needs some kinda theme and theming :D) if there is room.
This is where I would usually put stuff. Can't think of anything right now... =/

I guess, but you need to see that a ride DOES NOT need to be removed for a new ride! We have plenty of room. I, for one, would love to see a coaster that soared over the midway!

Nice, Very Nice.
While on the ride we could look down at laugh at the peeps who arn't on the ride and let them get hit with loose change and stuff. :D
Naw but seriously that would be pretty cool.

i think they could add a coaster in the parking lot and add a parking garage in the overflow parking lot. the ending part of the coaster could be neer the wizzer . it think it would be cool to have more coasters that go through trees.

By the way the new coaster should be floorless. And if they knock down iron wolf they should just expand it so it is a bigger stand up coaster like at the other parks.

Jesus Christ! What do you buy there??? I get food and thats it!

I go across the street to eat lunch and dinner if i am there around dinner time and i have the money. As for food in the park, i just buy maybe one or 2 snacks and MAYBE a drink.

I hate the Whizzer but do not think it should go. I say it should stay mainly because when my little cousin comes with us to Six Flags he HAS to go on the Whizzer. This is not only a step-up ride for children but I also see many young couples going on this ride. I think it should stay. Six Flags has enough space to expand and there are still some other rides that could be sacrificed for newer rides.
I wish I lived in Chicago so I could go to Six Flags more often!

I think compared to some Sf parks, Sfgam has tons of family rides. But, at the same time it has some really great and awesome rollercoasters. It probably has the best variety of any park. As for the whizzer, It will stay. I don't think Spacely's Sprocket rockets is the coaster you want as your family coaster. It's ok an all but the whizzer came first and I don't think SFGAm is stupid enough to take it out.

Oh, and to high roller I'm 6'6" tall and weigh 250 lbs. Only once have I been hit by branches on the whizzer :D

Let Ragin Cajun get 2 good years and they'll take Whizzer down. in my opinion thats why they are getting it. Now they will have a family coaster to fall back on. Also Ragin Cajun looks like a lot of fun. I will definatly get some rides on that. Plus, come on really, SFGAm will not not lose a sufficiant amout of attendence. It will lose some no doubt - which will be good for the crowded summer weekends - but not that many people will stop their families from having fun at the park over whizzer.

At a 48" heigt restriction Rajin Cajun is NOT a family coaster. Wizzer at 36" with responsible person IS a family coaster.
Waiting to fill this space with something stupid to say!

Too me a wild mouse, is a family thrill coaster....Whizzer (and i hate saying this) is a family coaster with bite lol. Whizzer will be around for at least 5 years barring a major incident. As for these dopes that say "10 Branches hit me in the face"....... your full of more then just hot air...if you get my drift.

For your info i had 11 branches hit me one day also
