Holiday world has two of the best wooden coasters around. Their not just going to throw in a steel coaster that isnt that great. They would rather build a new ride

Maybe not, but it's better than no steel at all. What's wrong with Shockwave? Maybe not the best, but to the GP, it's a good, impressive looking, giant looper. What do you think HW would build?
How about Visionland?
Holiday World is a family friendly park.. a ride like Shockwave has no place there. A 7 looping 170 foot coaster is not exactly what they are looking for.

Being an employee doesn't mean anything, haha. But what you heard is most likely true. Where do you work? Don't post it here though, PM me please.

Anyone that rides a 58MPH, 113ft drop, spiral drop, double helix, top rated woody would probably be interested in riding a 7 loop, 170ft coaster.
Alright I think were pretty sure that Holiday World is not getting it (actually it's one of the stupidest things ive ever heard), so lets just drop it.
Ok if any park would recieve Shockwave it would be one of the Six Flags Parks. Holiday World has the two best Woodies in the world. They neither have the space or desire to put a a huge 16 year old steel monster. They are not that type of park and never will be. Besides if they get a new coaster it will most likely be wooden. But recently they are expanding their great waterpark. And if you would pay attention to the park they are clearling land so that Splashing Safari can expand for some time. Its not in their best intrest to add a huge arrow headache coaster to their family friendly park.

Riiiiiight... have you even been to Holiday World?
ShockWave isn't all mighty god coaster, i'm sure lots of parks would rather look into newer versions of looping coasters rather than a 15 year old ride that was real unpopular that people didnt like.

Yeah, B&M and Intamin kinda run the steel coaster world now. Arrows are extremely outdated, and a nightmare for repairs.
Stop squabbling over the rollercoaster. It will go when it is sold to whoever buys it. I can only hope it goes overseas so I never have to see it again. If it was really that desired, something would of been done to it allready.
me and some friends of mine have been bombarding "magic springs" down here in ark. to try and buy it from 6 flags. we know it won't happen since they just built a vekoma slc this year and sf will most likely keep it to put in another park. but we can hope. people up there may not like it. but people here in ark don't have a lot to ride in state. but it is a little better since they built the slc.
some good 6 flags parks where it could go and that need coasters are: SFFT, SFNO, SFKK, or Frontier City. a ride like that could really do those parks some good. all except SFFT because they already have a few excellent coasters!

yeah, i forgot about SFKK's height restriction. but SFNO or Frontier City could use it. SF really needs to do something with FC. i mean it is THEIR home park. you would think they would want it to be as nice as possible. it's so crappy it doesn't even carry the SF name (i think the real reason it doesn't carry the SF name is because it is all themed to one theme, not 6 like SF are
