YESSSSSS I CAN'T WAIT TO SEE IT!
Old Great America was better, however I hope just a bit of that charm comes back
Well the front gate does have it's six flag poles again and the sign now has the logo in-between the "Six" and "Flags".
As for the checkpoint, looks like the left side has it's new roof ornament and the right is in process of being removed. My expectation? It will still look like cheap plywood with a nice gold ornament on top.

This was pointed out by a viewer (SFGAm144) on my YouTube page’s most recent upload.
Section of walkway with obviously brighter orange paint on Bull base of the lift hill. Does this mean a repaint or simply was that specific panel replaced.

Felt the need to finally make an account after years of viewing. I feel like it is plausible that a single panel of that catwalk has been replaced. It's an oddly specific dimension and falls in line with where the panels are sequenced in the structure. If they are repainting the same colors, why would they need a blotch test? But, what do I know. There are a few angles in my newest video, too, if you look closely, but not as zoomed in as yours, CCG.

I'm not saying this at all. What I'm saying is if they replaced a panel, the paint would be brand new, hence, why it's such a vibrant orange. If it's not a new panel and just new paint, this would signify a repaint is in order for the near future. Many times, when rides are repainted, they will do a blotch test to see how it would look. This is quite common. I don't think they would sacrifice Bull since it is a major attraction, but they also did repaint Batman at the beginning of FF last year, so it is not out of the question.
As CCG said, we will have to wait and see. My bet would be it does not get painted now.
Usually they do a swatch test and then it’s repainted several weeks if not months later so again this doesn’t mean bull isn’t opening. But also look at what Six Flags Over Texas just did with Titan. They opened it up during the busy spring break period and that wasn’t finished being painted yet. Maybe it’s possible they paint it now during the weeks while the park is still closed and then open it on the weekends. Like I said we have to wait and see .
Last off season, most of Diamondback was repainted in the weeks leading up to opening day. When the park opened, Diamondback was open on operating days while they finished painting on the weekdays when the park was closed. I rode it with multi colored supports
that said, I'm not anticipating a repaint this season, but we will have to wait and see!

Interesting, as long as they don't change the colors so it ends up not fitting Southwest Territory. I'm 100% down for a repaint

I’d be ok with a color change. Batman actually looks better now than it did when it was all black.

The thing with batman is that the yellow and purple/blackish matches his colors a bit more, and is in a way more diverse compared to the all black. The same goes for Raging Bull as the orange and marron supports match the southwest vibe, unless they choose almost similar shades, changing the colors would look very wrong and not blend in in my opinion (The Yellow it used to have doesn't look good in my opinion)

I liked the original colors with the more faint orange track and wine/maroon colored supports. While Bull's colors are iconic, I wouldn't mind a slight color change like what they did with Diamondback at KI. DBack's new support colors and darker red track look nice.
Also, X-Flight could use a touch-up as well. The black is starting to look gray. Now that the merger is complete, I expect we will see more funding for our park in the paint dept.

I have no idea on how it looks like
