Incredible! This is an amazing-looking ride. They just need to add a small support close to the end where the two towers meet where the ride will be turning out of it's first inversion (basically what the other side has too). I bet they will connect the two early next week!
Here’s an updated from today, 4/07/19. It’s crazy how different this ride looks based on your perspective of it. It looks absolutely beautiful from the demon midway! Also, driving south toward the park on Dilleys road gives a cool perspective of Maxx’s sheer size!
Been to may theme parks, in many countries. However, SFGAm is my home park and I love it!

1) I gotta say, even though I like a variety of flats and coasters at the park, watching a new coaster go up is mesmerizing. Makes me feel like a kid as Christmas approaches.
2) The park said this coaster would be completed by "summer", but I was hoping for a Memorial Day opening. They're making good progress, but I'm thinking late June would be a more likely target date. Even if construction completes in the next seven weeks (Memorial Day), you still have to get through landscaping, testing, and final inspections/permitting. Hope I'm wrong.

I swear this ride looks different from every angle It really does feel like Christmas. I'm so excited to see the trains too. I can see an early to mid June opening in my opinion.
BCarroll, I can’t explain how excited I am for this!! Maxx Force is gonna be insane. As a matter of opinion, it might just be *so* intense that people will be blown away.
Too many people are focused on the duration. This ride is all about speed and intensity. They packed 5 inversions into an insanely short ride! That's pretty cool.
A banana roll is synonymous with the dog tongue inversion. The first double inversion element on Maxx Force is a modified banana roll (dog tongue) except the entrance and exit of the inversions are set at 90 degrees with respect to each other. And rather than being one inversion, it is a two inversion element. So, calling it a modified dog tongue implies it is a modified banana roll. Then, is Maxx Force’s double inversion a “double dog tongue?”

The park posted a picture of the "Dog Tongue" (sounds so much cooler than double inversion XD) on their instagram. That element looks different from every angle!
I didn't even notice they added another track piece too.
^ Is there any way you can post a picture of the newly installed track section? I don’t have instagram and I’m having trouble establishing a new user account.
