Apparently that area off in the dead end of Carousel Plaza where Stargate and Sky Trek is.

I'm not sure, but I'm guessing its the area with sky trek tower, ssa and winner's circle.

What does that have to do with Plymouth?

Plymouth place is the part of Carousel Plaza that has Sky Trek Tower, And SSA, although It's name is Plymouth Place it's commonly referred to just carousel plaza. It was shown on the '97 & '98 maps. But, now the maps just label it as Carousel plaza. Apperantley i'm the only one who calls it Plymouth Place

To improve customer satisfaction, I'd improve the fast lane system (there's already a topic about this, so I won't go into any detail)

I'd add a message board (maybe 3 around the park) that display the current wait times for the major attractions. I'd also try to implement Looney Tunes back into the park. It seems like they stopped using that theme since they brought in Superman in 2003, and even before that. If you don't know what I mean, just look at the park 7 or 8 years ago. It seemed like anything that you looked at that had "Six Flags" on it had some sort of Looney Tunes also. Then they came out with the new logo and used Looney Tunes a lot less. But I believe they're bringing back the characters full time again next year.

I'd have to agree there, everybody loves seeing their favorite Looney Tunes character! (I usually play rock paper scizzors with bugs if I can find him) :D

What do hearing aids have to do with misters?

Check out this articlle: http://www.bsu.edu/csh/spa/audclinic/haid2.html

Avoid Moisture
Hearing aids should not be worn in or near saunas, steam baths, regular baths, vaporizers, or showers. Protect the hearing aid from rain or snow. Perspiration can also damage the hearing aid. If the hearing aid gets wet, let it dry naturally with the battery door left open. Never dry a hearing aid with a hair dryer or put it in an oven of any kind.
If your hearing aid does not begin functioning properly after it dries, contact your audiologist.
As a general rule, it is best to keep your hearing aids away from water and moisture as it can cause serious problems with your aids.

Allright, forget what I said about the bricks and misters. I dont think hollywood kills the gam theme or doesnt fit in, becauser hollywoods in california and it makes for a lot of new ride options. I think some sections we should get are old chicago, new your street, or hollywood blvd./warner bros. pictures backlot.

I really don't think that Great America should go record-breaking. I mean sfmm tried to go that route and look what happens....rides down, poor maintence, one train ops on coasters ...need I say more?

I remember from a travel channel show (Top 10 Coasters) some park manager/director was talking and stated..."You don't have to have the tallest, fastest, or biggest thrills to count."

However, they do need to refurbish some areas of the park that have seen beter days (Yankee Harbor, Yukon)

The park really doesn't lack much thrill wise. Comapre to some of the other parks in the chain that hardly get anything, I'd say we are pretty lucky to have the ride/attraction line-up that we have.

I think it would fit quite well. It could be "Hollywood". And it could double as the big city/metropolis(Not Superman's metropolis) theme. And if you think about it the Mardi Gras section doesn't really fit with the Great american theme. Put that in hollywood and just up the New Orleans Theme.

Ok first off you all should be very proud of Gam. Gam is one of the best run parks in the chain, and I am sorry for you if you rate MM better than Gam. The only thing that MM has on us is Scream and the X. But we have a lot on MM, a B+M Flyer, decent theaming (comparatively), and well run and maintained park with friendly staff. If you don't believe that we are one of the best run parks take a look at my experience at Woa. Ride ops were not paying much attention and were yelling at each other from other rides! Also the rides side is extremely run down and some employs did not even know the rules of the park.

As for anything Matrix movie or Hollywood oriented, get you head out of the sand and look around. SFGam is NOT a movie park. It has NOTHING to do with movies and it does not need to. That is why Universal has theme parks, you want movies go there.
As for the area with SSA and Tower I think that it does need some work.

I kind of think that the pictorium should just be torn down. One option that comes to mind is that they could build a small water park in this area. If pictorium was gone there would be a fair amount of space. They could also remover the shuttle themeing now since it is not a space ride anymore and there is a lot of open space between SSA, tower, the entrance and the current edge of the park. The option that I would like to see is to put a water park back near GD, Bull, AE, and the Southwest Territory Amphitheater. They could them put in a low level coaster of some kind in place of the Pictorium and over ssa and the go-carts and then also intertwine with whizzer. Hey maybe even a floorless. With the woods and the little bit of swampy water over there a floorless has great potential. And I bet that there is plenty of room, you could go all the way from over SSA to Orbit and then even as far over as Viper. I would also like to see more coasters intertwined with each other, it makes for a much better ride experience. Think of Dueling Dragons for instance.

As to the Marti Gras theme, SF is FAMILY oriented because as said earlier families bring in the money. I also think that it should stay that way and not become an enthusiast oriented park. When you become all coasters and enthusiasts you get bigger crowds and longer lines. I have talked to people from Ohio that come to Chicago and Gam because they don't want to wait and deal with the crowds at CP.

Over all I think that Gam is doing a great job and I think that Tim Black will keep that up.
Thats what I think!

Whoa! Wait! did you just say that SFGAm had nothing to do with movies?
Scooby Doo
Looney Tunes (There are plenty of movies)
Stargate
Batman*
Superman

*This isn't actually based on the comic. It is based on the movies. (Tim Burton's "Batman Returns")

And if you didn't notice there are always movie posters for WB movies in Yankee Harbor.

I've always thought SFGAm could use an Arrow(or I guess Vekoma, they make them also) Suspended, but that's just me. Would compliment the rest of the coasters nicely though. Could intertwine with Whizzer and use the terrain/landscaping to it's advantage.

Would say a Top Scan also, but I'd rather not see another US top scan running lame programs on such a powerful awesome device.

The suspended coaster in Whizzer's lot sounds like a great idea if it was 1990, but I still think we need a coaster in Carousel Plaza. Maybe a small B&M Floorless in the go-kart space. A water coaster would also be wicked sweet and Yankee Harbor.

Oh yeah, and YT/YH need a theming revamp FAST!

That sounds like a great idea to me. Those are really a lot of fun while your flying through trees. (I've only been on Big Bad Wolf in BGW) It would also add a coaster that smaller people would like to go on in my opinion.

What's the emergency drain?

I would also like to see them move the path from Carousel Plaza to Whizzer (it goes past HTFM) to under the train station. They could have another path to the right that leads to a new area if they tore down the Pictorium (which I know is part of the park's history, but I don't think most people are old enough for it to mean anything to them) and SSA (or maybe move the seats, screen, etc. inside to another location inside the park) and expanded in that area. I would also like to see all of Carousel Plaza, from the Carousel back to the parking lot, with all new brick.
