One of my pet peeves are line jumpers. Have any of you ever had someone jump ahead of you in line? If so, how did you handle it? A group of people line jumped me on Iron Wolf. I made sure I told the ride attendants before they got on the ride. The ride operator called security and made them get in the back of the line.
I hope when new people go to SFGA this year, they follow this rule. Its just not fair to other people in line who have been waiting over 45-1hr to get on a ride.

Last June while waiting in line for Superman, about 10 people jumped near the front of the line. An employee saw them but just said "If you do that again, we'll kick you out of the park".
On V2 a couple people got caught jumpin. They said the worker who made them go to the back of the line was racist and that was the only reason he made them go to the back of the line.
One time someone line jumped me and my g/f and friends, I got really upset and i said "Excuse me" really loudly and this little punk 15 year old turned around and said "Oh im sorry sir" and like ran out of line, it was pretty funny.
I asked the guy line jumping me for some french frys, he didn't give me any so I yelled LINE JUMPER the security person looked and saw them and kicked them out of line, while they walked past me I said "thats for not giving me frys".

I've gotten that before, usually they don't listen to me when I ask them to stay behind me because I'm just a weak little 16 year old
It's a different story if my Dad is in the park with us, he's a big guy...needless to say people listen to him and apologize to him. hehe

I almost got beat up by a group of line jumpers, but it would of been worth it! Basically, I was standing in the line for Batman and all the sudden a group of like 15 people one after the other goes right in front of me, until I just walked and push my way back to my place in line. Then yeah, That wasn't a very smart move of mine, Words exchanged and me and my buddy were like theres like 15 of you jumping in front of like 200 people (don't know how many-estimate) and then they started talking smack how I just butted them out of the way, even though it was well deserved I think. I hate people like that, They think thier hot stuff so they feel that they can cut in lines because of it.
Then also not at sfgam, I was at Knotts Berry Farm and they actually have a person in the line of Ghost Rider watching for people cutting in line, Luckly I got a chance to see some kids get thrown out of the line because of it. I think it was the greatest thing i have ever seen.
I remember while waiting in line for Roaring Rapids a group of Omish people paced use. They kept saying god bless you to everyone they paced. I thought it was kind of funny. We let them pace because they were being nice about how they line jumped. Man we should have some more line jumpers that say there sorry.
Were getting a Water Park! WERE GETTING A WATER PARK!!!!!
You can't fly with egales if you hang around with Turkeys
I can't stand line jumpers. I do notice they have the signs posted in the queues that say if you line jump and are caught, you go to the end of the line, or you are kicked out of the park w/o a refund.
Trouble is...I rarely ever see anyone get kicked out. Most times it's just a warning and they are sent to the back of the line. I think they better step it up a notch, becuase giving them a warning doesn't do squat.
the most times I see people line jumping are in Viper. generally, its a group that split up for drinks or food. when I see them coming, I just don't let them pass. usually they go through the switchbacks if we're in that area. otherwise, they just stand behind my group talking dirty about us.
I usually dont say much if its 1 or 2 people. If there is a group I get upset. I find line jumpers alot on Batman. But I try not to get myself worked up, no need in making my blood pressure rise LOL.
I just don't let them by, or make a big scene and imbaress them. I hate when they say oh my friend is waiting for me in the front of the line. Just tell them to go to he*l and trip them that is what I do ne ways.
Line jumpers are normally a bunch of little kids that are too impatient or too good to wait in line. I remember one time though, we were in line for Raging Bull and I was with my boyfriend, and my best friend and her boyfriend and we saw these 3 guys that looked like they were about 25!! They decided to just straight jump over ALL the railings at the front part of the queue line because all the lanes weren't in use. Well it was late and I think they thought that no one was watching or no security was around, but the slushie guy was standing by the trash can and my friend's boyfriend yells "HEY, WHO THE HE** DO YOU THINK YOU ARE, HEY LOOK LINE JUMPERS!!" and they kept goin and he jumped over after them. The slushie guy was yelling at a security guard and they turned around and saw him and ran out of the line and back down towards the end of the line like they were there the whole d*mn time.. the security guard walked up to them, I don't know what he said but they got out of line and started walking the other way. Never the less, it was funny.
Need a break from college homework.. 2004 season, come faster!!
I'll admit it I was caught "line jumping" once. It was me, my cousin, my sister, and my little brother all in line for ERC. Well, we were little and stupid back then and didn't think that if we left the line to go to the bathroom we could just get back in line where we were. There was only like 10 people in line. We tried to get back in line where the path that goes from the switchbacks to the entrance is (if you know what I'm talking about?) and there's a double railing. This dad was there with his kids (he must have been 40 or something) yells at us for "line jumping" and puts his arm across and actually pushes us back when we try to go under. There's two things about this story that don't make much sense:
1. Seeing that we were all little at the time (my brother just made the 36" mark or whatever it is), if I were the guy I would have let us pass just because we were little and didn't know about the line jumping
2. There was only like 10 people in line anyways. We would have made the ride cycle anyways, so is it really line jumping?
Well, my little brother started crying and so we went back to my parents who were waiting by the exit. Then my Dad took my little brother on the next ride cycle and my cousin, sister, and I just sat on the bridge with my mom because we were so tired. I think that guy was just stressed out because he was really sweating and it was pretty hot out and he probably just wanted to make the best of his trip because he probably just didn't have a season pass. However, we weren't being abnoxious or anything, so he shouldn't have yelled.
Last August, me and four other friends were waiting for American Eagle. We were just on the other side of the train tracks at the bottom of the stairs.
All of a sudden, like twelve people started to make their way past us. We asked what they were doing and they told us they were re-joining the rest of their group, which happened to be right in front of us. So eveyone behind us, as well as me and my friends, started yelling "Line Jumpers!" really loud. A ride-op was looking out of the station from the blue side. We pointed to them, and he gave us a thumbs up.
We were all mad, as we thought he didn't care. When we got to the station, as soon as it was time for all of the line jumpers to board(they lined themselves all up to be on the same train), the thumbs up ride op came over and told all of them they couldn't ride, and had to go back to the beginning of the line this time. The whole station cheered, and the line jumpers were pretty pissed! After our ride, we thanked the ride op! We liked how he made them wait the 35 minutes, and then told them they couldn't ride!!
Last year on the first day of Fright Fest it was at the end of the day like sometime before the park closed and well it was me and a few of my other friends and we were in line to go through the Haunted House and some kids about 5 jumped right infront of us and well we really didnt say anything but we were really annoyed that they did this and well the 3 old ladies that were standing in line behind us got this one guy that waas dressed up as a dead man or something and he started to spazz on them and he got securuity and made them leave. Then last year around labor day weekend i went to Cedar Point Ohio for my first time and i can't remember if it was my second or first time in line for MF and well we had a group of about 3 jump right infornt of us and i think someone that worked there saw them and made them get out of line. It really had made me mad too because we had been waiting in line to get on MF for a very long time but yet once they got kicked out of the line i was really glad......
I've only done that once.
Me and my brother wanted to ride with my Mom and Dad
for like a photo or somthing so we made our way through the people to my parents, everyone lets us through and they were nice to for letting us. So no biggie there.
This is where I would usually put stuff. Can't think of anything right now... =/
