No, only because the foundation is different. With ERC, you have the hole in the middle, while on Orbit there is the hole for the giant arm.

No, the height limit for the park is 200 ft. It is 125 ft within 500 ft of residences. Also, everything requires a building permit and that has nothing to do with a zoning variance.
But normal building permits don't go through public meetings beforehand, do they?
This Is the most excited I've been for the announcement since Goliaths. I didn't like the fact that we were getting JL (Love it now) and I wasn't crazy about Hometown Park either. Call Me insane, but I think this is more exciting than waiting for Goliaths announcement was, since we have no clue what this could be.

If I was told by somebody who knew that there was no 4D coming, I'd say "fine". I don't actually care if we get a 4d or not. I just like guessing.
The thing is, I haven't been told by somebody who knows. I've been told by somebody who claims he knows, but with no evidence, and considering the mix of immature and homophobic slurs that are surrounding these claims, I'm kinda not trusting them. Good lesson for you, kid - you can be totally right about something, but if you're a homophobic asshole about it, nobody's going to care.
