That's a good use of space. And that still leaves a little bit of the picnic grove standing, if Six Flags wanted to do that.

Unless the ride goes over it, that is the transfer & maintence she for the railroad, which is obviously needed. I would love a premier "Full Throttle" to come to the park with a custom layout. I love the double spine loop/top hat combo on that ride.

I'm not saying I'm correct, I just thought that's where maintence was held for the train.

If you have an iPhone, use the maps your phone comes with. The image is much more clear than google maps. I looked up magic mountain on there to see FT & I was surprised of how small a footprint it uses!

Anything similar to Full Throttle would be AWESOME. I love full throttle it's right outside my top 10 at #12. Honestly my complaint with the ride is the comfort of the restraints. While I appreciate the lap bars the shin guards are still iffy. Honestly to me full throttle didn't feel extra short and the drop into the break run wasn't terrible like everybody says it is. I would love even a clone at SFGAm, and given the price of FT I wouldn't be surprised to see a clone or premier launch come to the park at some point in time, but 2017 is not the time for it.

I've actually never heard anything bad about Full Throttle since it was built. When it was announced, everyone seems to complain about everything from the placement to the layout. But now, I hear it delivers a great launch, an incredible loop with the best hang time, & a great pop of air & drop etc etc. I think it looks so incredible & totally would love to see one here one day. But FT is seeming a lot like XFlight here - no one else has one & it may stay that way. Who knows.

How is everyone dealing with having no material to chatter about with this 4D coaster flat rides closing BS?! Either 2017 is no big deal for us or we're about to be shocked. But I'm gonna go with door number 1 lol.

If they try to wedge a 4D into Ragin Cajuns plot of land, they might need to demolish and rebuild that bridge connecting Mardi Gras and Yankee Harbor in Jesters/East River Crawlers plot of land. A 4D would get a TON of traffic, and they would need a massive Q, much larger than Ragin Cajuns.

Yeah that would work, but I don't think we will see anything big at all maybe a new show

It may not be a coaster, but I would be shocked at this point if it was not at least one ride of some sort. You don't take out at least one ride and move another one for a show.

^ It would've probably had to be ordered by now if a park wanted it by then.

I know this was mentioned earlier but after reading my daily dose of screamscape tonight, I cannot recall a time that so many parks in one company were "rumored" to get the same type of coaster. I mean at this point it's unofficially discovered & rumored that SFNE, SFOT, SFGAm, SFMx & SFStl are receiving a 4D free fly. There's literally no way. & I hope not either! It's just insane to me how this has all spread, I don't get it. I think it's just seeming like the obvious choice here but cmon! I can't wait to be shocked with some of the parks additions this year cause we're all so focused on damn free spins! LOL

The reason why we are rumored is because we were talking about IF we got a free spin, not we're getting one, then some stupid people send in to screamscape that the rumor is sfgam is getting a free spin, even though its not...

I wouldn't be surprised if we see a bunch of Free Spins next year. 2018 will be our year for the SuperLoop. I rode the one at SFStL and I really enjoyed it.

We are too big of a park for a Superloop to make an impact on roi.

I don't want the park to get a freespin. But I do think the park is running out of different coaster styles. Especially since Intamin isn't really a possibility to build in the park.

A freespin would bring a new experience to the park. So although I'd rather have a aunched coaster or the unlikely giga I would be okay with the freespin.

But I also don't think we will get a freespin in 2017. I think we'll get a freespin or a different type of coaster in 2018.

SFOT fought with Six Flags to not get a Superloop. Maybe our park will do the same :D

I can't judge one since I haven't been on one, though. :p

I've been on a super loop at Indiana Beach, it's ok for what it is. It's good for that style park but not a big park like most of the Six Flags parks.

I really hope we aren't getting a super loop. Not just because I get sick on such rides, but also because they take up alot of space for a pretty boring ride. Also, it won't draw people into the park like a new roller coaster would. I'm hoping for some kind of roller coaster that goes through Picnic Grove and into Mardi Gras. It's time for the east / northeast section of the park to get a major rehab, even an expansion.

A 130mph launch coaster, in picnic grove area and part of roaring rapids, a new roaring rapids ride somewhere else in the park (pictorium?) And theme the launch coaster to flash (wouldn't fit with Gotham however :(...)

^^ As much as I hate to admit it (I don't want V2 themed to a Gotham City Character :p) that layout would be kind of pointless. V2, Funnel Cakes Express, Yankee Market, and Captain Salty's would be the only things left in Yankee Harbor.

On a side-note, it's usually around today (15th) that teasers are released. Tomorrow will be a week since the Rage of the Gargoyles video, so I'm expecting something tomorrow.
