I'll admit, I'm going too far into this, I think Free Spins look like cool rides and I've thought of some pretty cool color schemes/names, but lets face it: The ride is over in like 35 seconds after you descend the lift hill. Does SFGAm really need another short coaster?
in my opinion, better a short (but unique to the park) coaster than some flat ride that essentially just spins like 10 other flat rides in the park do...

This. I agree it would be a different model/layout.
& check out what was just recently posted on SFNe's Instagram. Hmm
As I stated in the chat, I don't like the names Six Flags is using for Free-Spins. Does everything have to be DC related? Also, I personally don't like the Joker at SFGADV's color scheme, so I made some ones I like better.

Sorry for the double post, but if a free-spin came to our park and had to have a DC Theme, I wouldn't mind it having a Bizzaro theme (The colors would look pretty cool) next to Superman in TDK's spot.

It'd be cool to get a Harley Quin themed Free Spin with red and goldish rails and black supports. Just an idea...

That's too similar to X-Flight's color scheme, in my opinion. But it would look cool.

Honestly, SFNE getting a free spin in 2017 and a launch to replace Flashback in 2020, would make the park boost up in the rankings from 7 to 4 for me at least. That park has so much potential to be amazing.

They are closing Splashwater Falls on September 5th, 4 days after the 2017 announcements. The same video, albeit longer, is on their youtube page.

I'm going to continue to trust my instincts and say free spin. As for names, like I said earlier, reusing the name Jesters Wild Ride would be a great fit for a free spin coaster.

Another thought: with Orbit gone, it seems like it wouldn't be a problem to fit a S&S 4D just on the spot of the Orbit and the Ropes course. So if it was (just) a S&S 4D, wouldn't it make more sense to just do that and avoid having to move ERC and possibly Jester?

Honestly I'd be fine with either. I just want an original layout for the free spin.
This is Six Flags. It seems unlikely to me they'd do anything original when they can just clone it (and I'm fine with that, 99% of people who come to the park will never be on another one)
I definitely think it will be a free spin just because of how well it will fit and since they never took down the line queue for Ragin Cajun. Why else would SFGA keep the line Queue and cement slab for RC unless they were planning on reusing it to save money.
In another forum that I read, everyone thinks their local Six Flags park is getting an S&S 4D Free Spin. It's all over the Six Flags St Louis thread, and most of the other Six Flags threads. It just seems kinda funny to me. I don't think I've ever seen that before.
Honestly I'm not surprised there are so many free spin rumors chain wide. It doesn't look like RMC is involved with the chain in 2017. However, I'm pretty sure that RMC supplies the free spin track, so with less RMC specific projects, more time is being put into free spins. If that makes sense.
I really thought we were gonna see an RMC come to SFOG this year on the Georgia Cyclone.
I'll be shocked if there's nothing from them with SF this year. I still think another park needs a "from the ground up" RMC like we got with Goliath. The convertered hybrids are great but in the end, a coaster essentially gets chopped.
